In short, an overdose of magical places within walking distance, without having to use public transport. .

Superb flat for a family in a great location

We stayed here for 3 nights and the apartment was impeccable. The location is a close walk to all of the sights with restaurants and cafes literally within steps. Highly recommend, and the owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Location, location, location

The apartment is really nice and location was so convenient to shopping, restaurants and many sightseeing landmarks. My only advice is that if you are a very light sleeper there is road noise, for a tiny little street it gets a lot of traffic from 7am until 11pm. The kitchen has quite a few basics, but if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking while there they might not have everything you need.

Wonderful time in Rome!!

Modern, all new, great working AC, in excellent central location to Spanish steps, 2 blocks to grocery store and 2 minute walk to 40 restaurants. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and the place was spacious and gave each group privacy and was very quiet, It is on the second floor and no elevator but given location and excellent new condition without a doubt this made our holiday amazing. When we arrived we had a snack and cold water waiting for us. He met us on his bike timely and explained everything in English and was easy to understand and was friendly with many great recommendations to our questions.
