Perched on a hill overlooking the Cretan sea, Villa Le Reve is a perfect setting with dramatic views of the surrounding landscape and endless blue. The villa spans 140 sq. m featuring three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Main House
The ground floor features an open-plan layout comprising a living area with a large sofa, 40" satellite HDTV, air conditioning, an indoor dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures and appliances. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows connect the living area to the outdoor veranda, which includes a dining table and provides direct access to the pool area.
The first floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, air conditioning, wardrobes, and direct access to the backyard. The main bedroom also includes a 32" HDTV. Both bathrooms feature showers, and one is equipped with a washing machine.


Independent Studio
The independent studio has a private external entrance and can function as a fully self-contained unit, offering increased privacy. It includes an open-plan living area with a sofa, 32" HDTV, dining table, and a compact kitchen. The studio also features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.


Outdoor Area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area, surrounded by various trees and flowers, offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:
- 35 sq. m infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea & mountain views
- Sun beds, poolside tables, and umbrellas next to the swimming pool
- Ramp available from the house to the pool area to facilitate any guests with mobility restrictions
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and wood oven
- Outdoor dining table under a pergola, next to the barbecue
- Outdoor dining table in the veranda of the 1st floor
- Vegetable Garden and chicken coop with garden produce and eggs at your disposal
- Security Camera at the entrance of the villa
- Parking space for 2 cars
- The whole outdoor area is fenced and offers full privacy to our guests.

Great location, wanderfull house

When you arrive in the house you’ll reamin spechless! One of the best spot you can find in north Creta. The house maintains all the promise you can read in the announcement. Quiet, privacy and struggle sunshine. Highly recommended.

It’s the first time that i found people like this. the villa of me kostas G vasilakis is one of the most beautiful i’ve ever seen ! i you want a secret and magic place take this villa. During my holliday he’s team was at our service 24/24, they was so nice with us ! they help us to discover the country, everithg was perfectly clean the équipement was perfect ! for sure we gona come back and telle to every friend that we have to go on this villa, thanks you so much go every thing, found people like this is rare ! thanks you for doing all of this ! Paradise in Crete

We stayed at Kosta’s property in late July and absolutely loved it. The property was as described in the VRBO description, is well equipped, and exceed all our expectations. Such a quiet spot with amazing sunset views overlooking the Mediterranean. We truly felt spoiled and blessed. You will not be disappointed if you book this property for your Crete vacation. Kosta the host was amazing! He was there to check us in and accommodated our late arrival and very early departure. There was a lovely welcome package upon arrival with a few basics like juice, some Crete baked goods, and wine! Also there was some food (pasta, sauce, coffee and spices) to help get us started. Kosta walked us through the property and explained all we needed to know. In the middle of our stay, he even brought us some charcoal when we ran out! Halfway through he also arranged for a full clean of the house which was a nice touch. With this VRBO they include a great concierge service (etouri) that you can connect with through WhatsApp. They help with connecting us with Kosta, making tour recommendations, and even restaurant recos and reservations. Available from 7am-10pm and very quick to respond. Loved this extra support throughout our stay. We loved our stay, we highly recommend, and we’d come back if we were visiting Crete again!

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wer weg will vom Trubel ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Betreuung war einwandfrei, sehr nett und kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst!

Villa mit traumhaftem Blick und Rundumbetreuung

Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Villa liegt etwas abgeschiedenen, dennoch ist der nächste Ort mit Strand, Hafen und Tavernen in unter 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zu Fuss ist ein kleiner Kiesstrand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten diesen meist ganz für jns allein. Das Wasser ist traumhaft klar. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für Kaffe in den ersten Tagen ist gesorgt. Spülmachine mit ausreichen Tabs, Waschmittel, Grill mit Kohle und Grillanzünder... und wenn was fehlt, Kostas fragen. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber ist grandios! Ob Tipps zu Tavernen, Geschäften, Ausflügen - hier gibt es das rundum sorglos-Paket! Wir hatten am letzten Abend noch ein Problem mit dem Mietwagen und Kostas hat sich sogar darum gekümmert. Man merkt, dass er sich mit Freude um die Gäste kümmert. Sowas haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Die Sonnenuntergänge sind phantastisch!

Traumhaft schön ☀️

Der schönste Sonnenuntergang den wir je gesehen haben. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Keine Hotels weit und breit zu sehen,… genau das haben wir gesucht und hier gefunden. Einen großen Dank auch an Kosta. So herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal wieder ☀️

Tolle Villa, sensationelle Aussicht!

Die Villa Le Reve ist wirklich ein Traum. Ein phantastisches Haus in perfekter Lage. Die Villa entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen - die Aussicht ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist super und der Außenbereich mit Liegen, Essbereich und Grill wunderschön. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort von Kostas (der uns auch mit tollen Leckereien versorgte) und es gab eine regelmäßige Reinigung sowie Bettwäsche - u. Handtuchtausch durch das nette "Reinigungsteam". Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage zum Einkaufen z.B. in Panormos o. Perama (tolle Bäckerei) oder auch für Ausflüge natürlich notwendig. Ebenso war die Betreuung (Buchungsabwicklung, Service bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurantbuchung, usw.) über die Agentur von Kostas Vasilakis einmalig! Fazit: ein klasse Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing Villa!

This property was our favorite of our month trip. It’s off the beaten path- literally you drive up a dirt path which made us nervous at first— but then you get to the house and it’s amazing! Stunning views, beautiful sunsets, pool overlooking ocean, and spacious house. There are two bedrooms and two baths upstairs and then a little suite that is on bottom level (have to take outside short set of steps to it). Was perfect for our family. You are only a short drive to a small little town filled with great restaurants and grocery store and shops. Kostas was a delight and so gracious with bringing us fresh foods! The management group used, Etouri, was fantastic- extremely helpful (we used them to set up private chefs, boat trip, and car rental). I highly recommend this property!! When we come back to Crete we would definitely stay here again!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Fantastisk upplevelse

Huset var precis som på bilden. Utsikten och omgivningen var fantastiskför den som uppskattar att bo för sig själv. Åt ena hållet fanns havet och åt andra hållet fanns bergen och snöbeklädda toppar. Mycket vackert. Solnedgången var mycket vacker. Kostas var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och fick oss att känna oss mycket välkomna. Polen var också bra och fåren som fanns i närheten var en extra bonus. Tack, skulle varmt rekommendera huset:)

Für Entspannung pur das perfekte Haus in perfekter Lage. Es entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Es verfügt über eine hochwertige Ausstattung ohne jegliche Defekte. Auch der Service der Agentur und des Hausverwalters (dieser kaufte sogar vor unserer Ankunft anhand einer von uns übermittelten Liste ein) waren auf höchstem Niveau.

Ganz wundervoll

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser wundervollen Villa, somit war uns die abenteuerliche Anreise bekannt, ansonsten war alles bestens. Der Housekeeper empfang uns mit Weintrauben,Oliven, Olivenöl etc.....die Lage ist ein Traum, der Rest / Sauberkeit, Einrichtung auch perfekt. Für meinen gehbehinderten Vater war eigens eine Rampe gebaut worden....Danke für die wundervolle Zeit.

Superbe maison à l’écart des touristes, confortable et fonctionnelle. Piscine à débordement d’une propreté irréprochable. Accès direct à une crique très appréciable. Réactivité et efficacité de l’intendant qui était aux petits soins pour nous, merci Costas! Nous avons passé une semaine magique.

Ganz wunderbar!!

Das ist wirklich eine außergewöhnliche Villa in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage.Der Gastgeber war so höflich und nett.Wir bekamen frische Tomaten, Oliven etc und es wurde immer nachgefragt, ob alles okay ist. Die Villa ist sehr sehr schön, innen wie außen und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es wurde in unserer Woche sogar einmal alles gereinigt, Betten frisch bezogen und neue Handtücher gebracht.Der Pool ist der Hit und in 5 Minuten ist man am Meer.Grandios! Einziges Manko ist, dass es für ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Gehbehinderung etwas beschwerlich ist,die kleinen Stufen zu bewältigen. Baden im Pool ist für diese Gruppe nahezu unmöglich, da man nichts hat, woran man sich festhalten kann. Ansonsten alles TOP!!!!

Traumurlaub Anfang September

Wir als Freundesgruppe hatten einen unglaublichen Urlaub in der Villa Le Reve. Wir konnten unser Glück bei der Ankunft beim Sonnenuntergang kaum glauben. Unglaubliche Aussicht, toller Pool, erstklassiges Haus und vieles mehr. Spätestens beim gemütlichen Grillen mit einem direkten Blick aufs Meer, waren wir endgültig im Paradies gelandet. Der Strand, an dem man fast immer alleine ist, ist zu Fuß 5 min entfernt und eignet sich bei 27 Grad Wassertemperatur optimal zum Schnorcheln. Das Haus ist insgesamt top ausgestattet! Es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Wir können die Traumvilla und die Vermietung nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen und hoffen, dass ihr die Zeit genau so genießt wie wir!!

Très jolie maison dans un cadre idyllique

Maison très fonctionnelle décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est époustouflante, avec une piscine à débordement au dessus de la mer. L’équipe de gestion et entretien est présente pour répondre rapidement à vos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Bref des vacances de rêve dans un cadre incroyable!

Erholung pur - Meerblick mit offenen Mund

Von A-Z sensationell! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!! Angefangen mit der Empfehlung der Autovermietfirma. Tatsächlich fairer Preis, keine versteckte Kosten, kein pushen für Zusatzversicherungen. Der Auto-Vermieter hat uns sogar die Koordinaten im Navi unseres Hauses eingegeben, da kein Strassenname vorhanden. Im kleinen Dorf Skepasti hat jemand auf uns gewartet um zusammen zum Haus zu fahren, da schwer zu finden. Infinity Pool, 6 Liegen und 3 Schirme, toller Grill und gedeckter Sitzplatz. Einfach zum Träumen und geniessen. Auch die grossen Schiebetüren lassen sich einfach ganz öffnen. Auf den Sofa liegend immer noch Meerblick! Ahh, war das schön.... Alles sauber, modern und gut eingerichtet. Höchstens die Ameisen in der Küche sollte man baldmöglichst in den Griff kriegen, bevor es mehr werden. Auch der Poolboy und die junge Reinigungsfrau waren sehr herzlich, gesprächig und offen. Ein Auto ist Pflicht, da im winzigen Dorf überhaupt nichts zu kaufen gibt. Ins grössere Dorf Panormo fährt man ca. 9 Minuten. Dort gibt es genügend Tavernen und kleinere Lebensmittelläden. Der Sandstrand ist nicht so hübsch.
