Anna's gîte is located in Ungersheim (next to the Ecomuseum and Le Petit Prince Park), ideally located between Colmar and Mulhouse, near the wine route, not far from the Vosges ski resorts and the German borders and Swiss.


Alsace holds treasures of historic and cultural places to see and review for the greatest pleasure of young and old.

- the Ecomuseum of Alsace.
- the museums of Mulhouse (Historical Museum, Train Museum, Automobile Museum, Electropolis, Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Printing on Fabrics and Museum of Wallpaper).

A Wonderful Gite

The Gite is about 1.5 hours from Zurich airport by car. Ungersheim is a quaint small town. there are 2 boulangeries and there is a farmers' market. Using GPS we did find the town and we drove past the residence. When we retraced our steps, our hostess was out there waving at us. She showed us how to operate the keycode locks. she showed us around the unit. The unit is spacious and has all the appliances. She invited us up to their place for a beer or wine for a chat. We met her husband . We had a pleasant chat and found out we were the first Americans to stay. The unit we rented was decorated very nicely for the holidays. We liked that she took the time to do that. You are about 30 minutes from Colmar and very close to Mulhouse and Equisheim. We liked that our host was concerned about her guest's welfare. The following is a heads up for people who do not normally drive in France. There is a driving law call Prioritie a Droite. If that is in affect you need to yield to any vehicle entering the road from your right. Normally there are signs indicating this. All in all we would stay here again

Gemuetliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine sehr schoene Zeit in Ungersheim gehabt. Die Wohnung war super und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Ferienwohnung aus sind Freizeitparks, Supermaerkte, Museen und Zoo in Colmar, Mulhouse und Umgebung schnell und einfach mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Schöner Stützpunkt zur Erkundung des südlichen Elsass

Nette Vermieterin, Vermieter und Hofkatze begrüßen uns herzlich. Dank der guten Bäckerei nur 100m entfernt kann man zu jeder Mahlzeit frische Baguettes holen. Der Weg nach Colmar, Mulhouse oder in die Vogesen ist kurz.

Appartement au rdc d'une grande ferme en plein centre ville, spacieux et toutes commodités. Très propre et accueil chaleureux de Caroline avec une grande disponibilité au cas où ! Très sympa la décoration de Noël. Cuisines bien équipée, manquerait une grande casserole. Les lits simples sont un peu trop mous à mon goût, moyennement bien dormi... Je mettrai 4* pour le confort. Rien à redire sur le reste du gîte. Très bonne situation pour visiter la région. Commerces de proximité à pieds (boulangerie et pharmacie). Borne de recharge pour voiture électrique gratuite à 100 m du gîte (si pas en panne comme on a eu avant Noël).

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses der Vermieter, mit separatem Eingang. Ein großes Wohnzimmer, große Küche mit Esstisch und zwei Schlafzimmer, alles sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, da fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Ort gibt es zwei Bäcker, Supermärkte in den Nachbarorten.

Séjour idéal en Alsace

Maison agréable et fraîche qui nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances en famille. Du choix pour les activités à proximité (écomusée d'Alsace, Mulhouse et ses cités de l'automobile et du train, nombreux choix de rando...) et un peu plus loin (route des vins, Strasbourg, Europa park...). Le paradis Alsacien

Accueil très chaleureux et familiale. Les hôtes sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et plus que bien équipé (sanitaire au top également) et la décoration pour les fêtes de fin d'année très appréciable. En bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement que je recommande vivement. Je mettrai juste un minuscule bémol sur la literie.... mais c'est vraiment un détail par rapport à tout le reste qui est top. Encore merci pour le super accueil.

Ländliche Idylle

Die Unterkunft ist für Liebhaber ländlicher Idylle sehr zu empfehlen. Wichtig ist aber auch, dass von hier aus einige der schönsten Elsässer Städtchen nahe gelegen und gut erreichbar sind. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, das Objekt frisch saniert, sehr sauber und hübsch ausgestattet!
