Very well kept and equipped house

Property is ideally located with just about everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. Tom is very friendly and helpful for anything needed along the way. We had a great week in the house and would recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pause at the Pier. The house was very clean, close to the beach, and a few steps from the pool. The house also comes stocked with all the essentials you need to take down to the beach. Thomas was a great host, and communicated extremely well with us. I’d highly recommend this property to those looking for a place to stay at the beach.

Hurricane getaway

A perfect spot for a weekend getaway, even with the effects of Hurricane Helene. The house is comfortable and my adult kids and I enjoyed quality time together in the area. It was nice not to have to pack all of our beach gear and use what was available at the house.

Great property really close to the beach. Loved the ice maker in kitchen. The property owner allowed us to use the beach gear stored in the outer storage unit. That was a plus for sure. Overall experience was excellent.

We had a great time. The house was exactly what we needed for the week. Check in went good. Was very clean and neat. The kitchen had just what we needed when cooking. It’s just a short way to the beach.

Thomas was an amazing host from start to finish. The check-in process was so smooth, as was checkout. The house is truly in the most perfect location; close to all our favorite restaurants and about a minute walk to the beach. The home was clean (my biggest requirement) and the beds were very comfy. My only very small request would be that the bedrooms have curtains of some sort rather than blinds, simply to keep early morning sunlight out. But we brought our own travel blackout curtain just in case which worked out fine. My only wish was we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be back next year! Highly, highly recommend!

1st Time in SC - Great Stay

This was our first time in SC, and we enjoyed it tremendously. Our stay was great, the food in SC is fantastic, and there was plenty to do. We chose this location to stay out because we were able to bring our two dogs. Our host Thomas met us when we arrived, showed us around, and gave us a lot of great tips on how to enjoy the week. We would definitely stay again and I highly recommend - A++ for cleanliness, hospitality, and all the in-home amenities you could ask for. Great stay!
