4BR, 2 unidades de baño completo que es parte de una casa de varias unidades. La unidad 4BR tiene capacidad para 8 personas. También tenemos una unidad 1BR y 2BR en la misma dirección. La unidad 4BR está ubicada a 30 pies sobre el nivel del suelo y tiene una vista maravillosa de la playa. The Muth Beach House ha estado en nuestra familia desde 1953. La casa es propiedad frente al mar, así que literalmente cruzas la duna para llegar al océano. La unidad 4BR ofrece una cama Queen en 3 habitaciones y un conjunto de camas gemelas en la 4ta habitación. Cocina completamente equipada y operativa junto con una amplia sala de estar que da a la playa. La unidad 4BR incluye un área de terraza exterior privada que ofrece diversión y asientos. The Muth Beach House se encuentra a solo 16 km del aeropuerto de Myrtle Beach y a 4 km de la entrada de Murrells.
Se ofrece WiFi en toda la propiedad y televisión por cable en todas las habitaciones.

Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves, the condo had gorgeous views outside & inside the living areas, many days we saw dolphins from the windows in the dining area. The elevator was definitely very convenient and one key reason we chose the condo. Plenty of parking space and the property manager & owner were very welcoming & helpful. I will say the beds were a bit firm for our personal taste but everyone is different & makes sense in a rental. The step in shower was nice with the grab bar and built in bench but a little difficult for one person in party with mobility issues with the sliding glass door but manageable. Loved all the counterspace in the bathrooms. I will say i forgot a hair dryer and there was one in the bathroom i was very happy to see. The kitchen has ample counter space and has a variety of items, beautiful view and lovely to cook in. The sinks in the bedrooms were convenient especially when getting ready. Overall a very great experience, did not want to leave & return home. Slight note - make sure when using the elevator you read the note about the doors. When you call the elevator press the button on exterior & you'll hear the door unlock when it comes to your floor, we had a few pretty windy days and would see the outer door open a crack so make sure you close the exterior door very well or it wont function.

Little slice of paradise

This is the 2nd year in a row that my family has stayed here and we’re counting down the days until next years stay! It’s a great location with shops, a grocery store and restaurants extremely close and only a short drive to the Inlet. The property is well kept and it has a very “homey” feel. I can’t wait to return and keep making memories.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was our second stay at the Muth Property and we were not disappointed! Waking up to the views and sounds of the ocean is the best! There are so many places to eat and things to do for folks of all ages in the area. I hope to stay again!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach!

The house was exactly as described - clean, good communication and beautiful accommodations. The outside area is very large and allows you to soak in the ocean view. Already checking for availability to go back. A little slice of heaven.

Utopia indeed!

Beautiful home with every detail needed to have an optimal stay by the ocean. Beds were comfortable, the patio, deck and outdoor furniture were perfect, the entire premises very well maintained, appreciated having our dogs with us. Would love to stay again there next year. Thank you!

Amazing property!

Amazing property right on the beach! Very clean & nicely decorated . Views from the family room & kitchen can’t be beat. The beds were super comfy and the AC kept us cool the entire week. Our favorite feature was the large deck and covered porch. Very special place.! We can’t wait for the opportunity to stay again.

October Get-Away

We loved staying on the beach and your deck and porch were absolutely perfect for the perfect weather we experienced. The elevator was very helpful for getting all of our stuff from the car to our apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. So happy that we found this place because we will want to return for another vacation stay …. longer next time!

Beautiful and Tranquil

The Muth house is everything we want and more. The expansive oceanfront view from the upper deck is breathtaking. Every Sunrise was beautiful. We loved being able to take our dogs for a walk on the beach! This house is close to everything but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle if you want. Can't wait to stay here again!

Spacious 4 Bedroom Unit

We loved the 4 bedroom unit. The unit was clean & spacious. Each bedroom has its own TV and sink which we thought was great. I loved sitting on the deck, watching the waves roll in and looking for dolphins. We had a great time and hope to come back again. Thanks for the wonderful unit and elevator!

My family visited the Muth House from 1992 until 2015, and this was my first trip back to the house since then. Ten friends rented the 4 and 2-bedroom units for a much-needed girls trip. Although I understand that ten years has passed since I set eyes on a place I loved when Mrs. Muth was the owner, to say I was surprised by the condition of the house is an understatement. While the beauty of the ocean right outside our doors is priceless, the inside of the units is depressing. As soon as we entered the 4-bedroom unit, one of the guests, who has strong reactions to allergens, noticed the air vents and filters. We also felt dampness throughout, especially on the right side of the unit. I immediately reached out to the new owner and within 30 minutes her property manager called me. She offered to come to the house right away to analyze and hopefully take care of the issues. I suggested that we wait until the next day, as it was already late evening. She and her husband came the next day and could not have been more accommodating to our concerns. They did what they could in the moment. But broken faucets, bad cookware, kitchen drawers and cabinets that need a good wash, oven door secured with zip ties, and ants greeting us each morning on the kitchen counters, just to name a few, accommodations in this once-loved property was subpar at best. Since it is now under new ownership, I'm hopeful that the owner has plans to bring this tired beach house into 2025.
