This beautiful house can be rent by up to 4 persons and there is free parking nearby.
There are two charming bedrooms, each of them with double bed where you can comfortably sleep and rest during your holiday. It is an ideal place for couples, but also for lonely travelers who are in search of peace and quiet in the Alentejo.

The bedrooms have a nice and comfortable wooden floor where you can walk barefoot on! When you wake up and open the window, you will enjoy the beautiful view to the outside orange trees garden, just in front of your bedroom!

There is a full-equipped kitchen. Although there is no microwave, there is a stove with oven where you can cook your own meals, if you wish so. There is also a refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom and toilet is very nice and clean, with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and also window with protection.

The living room is wide and spacious and there you can seat, have a rest or read a book! When you feel like breathing the "historical" air of the old town inside the ancient wall that surrounds the center of Evora, you can sit on the terrace outside and enjoy lazy moments in the open air! A beautiful cactus collection is waiting for you there!

Although located in the center of the town, the place is very quiet. You can walk everywhere in the old town very easily. It only takes 10 minutes to the Giraldo Square (the main square of the town) and just 5 minutes to the Roman temple by foot, Évora's landmark! Free parking is also available.

This apartment is perfect for tourists who wish to visit most of the main attractions in the old town and also for university researchers and participants in events, workshops and conferences at the University, as the appartment is located on a street just in front of the University of Evora. It is very near the Greenway, a nearby pedestrian way that leads you throughout the countryside with its astonishing cork oaks and olive groves landscape!

Great location inside the city walls and free parking is close by. Only a short walk to the main sites in the town centre. The apartment was spacious and it was good to have the small outdoor area for eating and drying washing. Could do with an extra lounge chair or two as there was only one in the living area. Overall a comfortable apartment in great location.

Évora stay

Property was spacious and clean. Host communicated quickly. The bed, bedding, towels could use updating. But overall- very adequate. Some great restaurants nearby and easy access to Evora old town.

Nice and spacious. The host was super pleasant. We did not have hot water in the shower after day two (stayed 5 days). It was fine for us since the weather was so hot so we did not alert the host.

Bissets at Évora

Third stage of our stay in Portugal and an excellent place to finish. Évora is just the right size to explore. The apartment is bright, roomy and airy with a great large terrace/balcony. Hugo, the owner, greeted us on arrival, showed us around and was very helpful. We were comfortable there. Small mini market and lovely friendly restaurant just round the corner. Worth a visit to nearby Arraiolos, home of famous stitched carpets.

Céntrico piso en Evora

La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, en no más de 10 estás en el centro. Zona tranquila. Aparcamiento zona azul, de pago de Lunes a viernes y Sábado hasta las 14. Hay zona sin pago más alejado. El anfitrión Hugo, siempre atento en mensajes y en la recepción. La casa está bien. Pero mencionar que hay unas escaleras bastante inclinadas para subir, y alguna otra entre las habitaciones y cocina. La casa un poco fría, aunque teníamos radiadores y chimenea en la cocina/ comedor. Cocina equipada, excepto microondas. Salón sin TV. Pasamos unos días agradables a pesar del mal tiempo. Sin duda repitiria en Evora como base para conocer Alentejo.

Fico contente por terem gostado da estadia na minha casa em Évora. O tempo estava muito frio nesses dias, por isso é que disponibilizei vários radiadores para aquecer os quartos e as várias divisões da casa, além da lareira na sala. A casa só tem uma escada à entrada tal como vocês tiverem oportunidade de ver nas fotos quando fizeram a reserva.

surpris à l'arrivée de nôtre séjour de voir personne malgré le sms envoyé le matin. dommage que le four ne soit pas en service et que les mitigeurs ne fonctionnent pas. manque de vaisselle casserole, couteau, bol pour le petit déjeuner.

Você não devia estar a publicar mentiras relativamente ao seu anfitrião nem às funcionalidades da casa, pois eu tenho provas por escrito de comunicação com a plataforma de alojamento relativamente à vossa chegada. Você foi muito mau hóspede, porque não avisou quando iria chegar. Eu estava preocupado, porque você não me respondia às mensagens que eu lhe enviava. Foi aí que contactei a plataforma de alojamento para saber se eles o podiam contactar. Eles também lhe enviaram mensagens e você também não lhes respondeu. Você só disse qualquer coisa quando chegou às 21 horas. É claro que ninguém pode estar um dia inteiro à porta à espera que um hóspede chegue sem avisar! Você devia ser mais grato por eu ter arranjado maneira de lhe abrir a porta em pouco tempo, depois de ter chegado. Se eu soubesse como você era, nunca o tinha deixado ser meu hóspede. Além disso a casa está muito bem equipada com fogão, forno e ainda tem todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários.

Spacious apartment and outdoor terrace is nice

Whilst the apartment is roomy and we received a pleasant welcome from Fatima who is a friend of Hugo the owner Hugo himself could polish up his after sales service. We mentioned that kitchen was missing a few essentials for cooking at home and that two important lights one over the kitchen bench and one in the bathroom weren’t working. His response was not at all helpful and the very good English he used up until we arrived turned into very blunt messages in an accusing tone which doesn’t make you feel inclined to recommend this place. The very steep stairs inside the front door do make it unsuitable got young children or the elderly.

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in Évora! The apartment is really situated in a very central place and is spacious and very nice! However let me just tell you, you probably didn't pay attention or didn't care about how to work with the light system of the apartment. I am sure Fátima told you how it works, I always tell it to my guests. Even so you could have asked me or Fátima instead of writing that I write you that kind of messages. You should mention to the people who are reading this review that before you came you wrote me asking to get a fan because it was very hot weather and I immediately bought one so that my guests could feel comfortable in my apartment! You have always been very arrogant and not telling the truth. You who are reading this review, please have a look at my other reviews and compare them. Karen was a strange guest, she is someone who is never satisfied with anything. I always do my best in order to make my guests feel comfortable and have a wonderful stay!

Charming

Beautifully redone with lovely kitchen and bath. Made good use of the small patio where we were serenaded by birds on the roof tops. The owner Hugo was so very nice. Really a bargain. Only reason did not give 5 stars was the stairs to the apartment were a bit daunting and unexpected. Really liked the location.

Let me just tell you that this apartment has stairs like every other apartment, the stairs of many other rentals in the old town are too narrow in comparison with these ones. Besides, everyone knows that there are stairs, because I mention it, I even put a photo of it on the profile, didn't you see the photos while you were booking your stay?

A very large, comfortable apartment in the centre of Evora!

We had in pleasure to stay for three nights in Hugo Fernandes’ apartment, situated within the walls of the medieval centre of Evora, not far from the cathedral and Roman temple. The apartment has a large living/dining room, large well-equipped kitchen, large bedroom and a large bathroom. There is a very nice, private terrace with cactus to eat out on. Hugo was a very helpful host, making sure we had all we needed and orienting us at the start. We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in Evora.
