Circeo villa with private beach
Spacious two-story villa in Residence with private beach. The house has a large garden (with barbecue and outdoor shower) and consists of 4 bedrooms with 9 beds (where satellite TV is present), 2 bathrooms, one of which has a comfortable shower and the other with a large bath. On the ground floor there is a kitchen that has all the comforts including dishwasher and washing machine, a lounge with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there are the other two bedrooms with bathroom.
Additional costs: 70 euros for cleaning and 30 euros per week for utilities.
