Oceanfront 90 mm: n istutusavain, seulotaan kokonaan terassilla 6. 5 jalkaa - 28. 5 jalkaa. Äskettäin sisustettu valkoinen laatta ja berberilattiamatot. Oceanside, joten meillä on dynaamisia auringonlaskuja ja katolla korvaamaton auringonlasku. Sisustettu Florida-tyyliin, taidenäyttelyt merestä ja sen olennoista, erittäin siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Rauhallinen ja kaukana moottoritieltä. Meillä on 1 asunto kompleksi. He ovat täynnä merenranta. Nukkuu 4-5 ihmistä. Tarkastele luukalastusta ja ihania lintuja ja kaloja turvatarkastusten terasseilta. Awesome condo

AMAZING! This condo has EVERYTHING that you are looking for in a short or extended stay! The property amenities are great and the balcony view is beautiful. The owner was extremely helpful with any questions we had and was very responsive. Will stay here again in the future.

Great winter getaway

We greatly enjoyed our time at Sea Gulls. While the condo could use a little refresh, the location and amenities were perfect for our escape from the cold. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay.

We very much enjoyed the condo. We had a beautiful view from our balcony which was very relaxing. The condo and grounds were very well kept. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner provided everything we needed. Jeanette responded immediately to our inquiry. We met some very lovely people during our stay and we are happy we chose the Seagull for our vacation.

warning falsely advertised

The view advertised is not the view you will get. If you like your beach full of construction equipment, a dumpster & a storage container, this is all parked right below the unit. Also, there is NO screen on the advertised screened in porch. The included covered parking spot is also hard to find as there is more construction equipment piled up over the parking barrier. Another terrible feature is the trash shoot located on the same wall as the master bedroom, don't plan on sleeping past 7am as you will be rudely woken up by trash hitting the dumpster & the trash shoot door slamming shut. Poor communication less than 24hours prior to our arrival with paperwork that needed to be filled out. Another warning, the property owner gave the cleaning crew the wrong check-out date, so we were woken up to a cleaning lady unlocking the door & letting herself in. I told her we were paid through the 28th & check out is at 11am. Unfortunately, she didn’t speak English & 5 minutes later came back with her boss on the phone for me to explain a second time. THEN at 10:15am two guys showed up wondering why we weren’t checked out yet… I said because check out isn’t until 11am. I emailed the owner to mention these concerns & she has ghosted me, I guess they got their money & that is all they care about.

Great facility

Seagulls is a great place to stay. We've stayed there 8 or 9 times now. Like just about everything in Florida, there is some construction going on. Should finish up shortly. Jeanette was very easy to deal with and very communicative.

Wonderful Stay

We loved this property. It was quiet and secluded. I never heard a neighbor during our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the beautiful views and the 9 foot pool, which was never crowded. The common room on the first floor was great and had several games for our kids to play. Loved the work out room as well. Felt very safe in this condo. I had the pleasure of speaking to the owner prior to our stay and she was very polite and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing vacation

The condo is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The view from the living areas and balcony is a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a great place to relax and watch sea life right from the condo. The complex offers a large outdoor pool, corn hole, ping pong, and other games in the recreational room along with a fitness room with several machines to choose from. The condo is a bit dated and could use updating. It’s located right beside the trash shoot so if your in the master bedroom, you can hear every time someone drops garage off. The owner was not aware of my booking when I reached out to her for directions and access to the unit but she quickly handled everything to make sure the unit was ready and accessible for our arrival. The complex appears to have direct beach access to the ocean in the listing but it does not. There is a sandy beach area but it borders a rock lined bank that drops down to the water. We were disappointed that we didn’t have beach with ocean access at the complex. There are several options for public beach access. We went to Founders Park beach one day. It was a bit small compared to what we are use to but it was a nice area and clear water to see sea life. TheY charge $8/person. Another option that’s a little closer is Harry Harris park. We rode through to check it out. It looked nice but we never made it back there. They don’t charge admission on weekdays but do charge on the weekends and holidays. In all we had a great time exploring FL Keys.

Pros:place was clean, good location, new appliances,nice pool. Cons: construction which we were not told about--view affected by construction container Next to trash shoot--people use at all hours--noisy Pans in place were unusable--aluminum and stained and worn (only one stainless steel pot) Check in was wrong luckily neighbors helped us. Improvements were being made and painting interfered with getting to door--schedule posted was wrong. Neighbors very nice and helpful.

The good and the bad

It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Laundry facilities were excellent. Pool was wonderful. The construction was supposed to be done on our side of building. Had to move furniture back and forth to balcony. We are in our 70s. Construction equipment stored below our balcony. Notified owner of ceiling collapse and flood in master bath. No one came to fix. No locks on sliders to balcony. Had problem charging electronics. Some recepticals were not reliable.

Great place

Everything great about a condo stay on Islamorada can be found here. We enjoyed the large porch overlooking the sand beach and water for morning coffee, meals at the full size table (not bistro size like so many) and afternoon naps in the chaise lounge. Because of the way the building is built, we felt very private. We really appreciated the large master bedroom and super comfy mattress. We like to split our time with all the great places to eat on the island and eating in. Condo has everything needed to make good meals. Enjoyed meeting the combo of owners and renters at the pool in the afternoons. The exterior repairs that were happening show how much pride they take in their building and grounds. They are on schedule to be completed at the end of January 2023. We enjoyed and appreciated the communication from the owner, and hope to book this condo again.

Horrible Experience Due To Major Construction During Stay

We were informed by residents of the building that other units were not being rented out or offered at a deep discount since there was major construction happening. We emailed the owner with pictures and videos of the horrible construction noises and cluttered living room hoping to get some type of refund but our email was never acknowledged. We had wanted to relax and to sleep in on our vacation, but we were jolted awake every morning at 7:15 a.m. to jackhammers, pounding noises, loud power tools, workers yelling to each other and three lifts that constantly beeped when they moved. The noise was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv or even talk to one another. The construction workers were out there Monday through Friday for 10-1/2 to 11 hours a day. The workers covered up all patio doors with a blue tinted plastic and sheets of plywood were then nailed over the outside. This greatly obstructed our view preventing us from enjoying the magnificent views. We were not able to use the living room space as patio furniture was brought into the living room so we had to hang out in our bedrooms and at times we just had to leave for the day because of the noises and the headaches we were getting as a result.

Tavernier on the water

The location of the property is wonderful with stunning water views. the amenities include a beautiful pool, game room, gym, escalator and assigned parking under the building. We would definitely stay there again

We had high expectations for our stay but left 2 days early. We could not get in the ocean due to trash and bug filled grass that smelled awful. We were not told this was a possibility or that it happens. The pool was not able to be used due to repairs. We were told it may not be done but told us we could swim for free at Founder's Park. We had a free parking pass but had to pay to swim there. There was roaches in the condo and in other parts of the building. The condo was in need of updates and repairs. Some of our party started coughing, sneezing and respiratory issues when in condo and resolved once we were outside then condo. We were disappointed with our stay.

Our stay at Sea Gulls

Our stay was nice, excellent view. Our main complaint would be that the washers and dryers were of the pay variety with small capacities. We were disappointed that the pool had to be closed during part of our stay but understand that upkeep is required. Would have been nice if the repairs would have taken place during the winter months, not in the summer when families are on vacation.

I am the one in orange. We have been coming to the Keys for 30 years. Bob and I bought our first condo in 1996 . WE love charter fishing in the Keys which we have done for many years. We have a summer home in Michigan now that we are Florida residents.WE love the dynamic view and warm weather in winter and fishing and gazing at nature -- how beautiful. Gorgeoous sunrises and sunsets and stars at night because the sky is so clear.

Our terraces are tiled and screened to view the wonderful views of nature --birds fish dolphins etc. We are directly on the water. We have heated pool tennis courts and grills on the beach.We are at the end of a dead end road --quiet and peaceful.We have fully equipped kitchens with stainless pots and pans and lots of other kitchen ware. You can cook and watch the water. Broadband internet and wi fi is available.
