This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper. These items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of a stay, so guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. When a property is listed as “Beachfront” on VRBO, the platform automatically adds the phrase “Enjoy direct access to the sand & sea.” Unfortunately, this is not something we as hosts can edit or control. While the home is indeed oceanfront, the added wording can sometimes create confusion, and we understand how that may have impacted your expectations. Additionally, the first line of the listing description does clearly state: “This stunning 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom oceanfront duplex offers supreme comfort, and breathtaking views for up to 15 guests.” We aim to be transparent about the property layout so guests can make the best decision for their group. Regarding the power outage, this was part of an unplanned, city-wide outage that was completely outside of our control. We understand how disruptive that can be and appreciate your patience during that time. We also want to note that no maintenance or cleanliness concerns were reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware, our team would have responded promptly to address any issues in real time and ensure your comfort. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve both communication and the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.

Typically when guests check-in and fill the refrigerators with a lot of warm food, it does take a moment for it to stay cool.
