Carlsbad Oceanview Luxury Home w/ Private Pool, Spa, Outdoor Kitchen & Grill

Experience the perfect coastal getaway in this luxurious ocean-view home, located just more than one mile away from both Tamarack State Beach and Carlsbad Village. Start the morning with a nearby coffee shop and then take a refreshing dip in the resort-style pool (with safety fence) or relax in the hot tub. On the two levels of this up-scale interior, there is a king suite with a private kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, a cozy ocean-view living room, and a family room with Netflix streaming on all the TVs, including a 65-inch TV with 7.1 home theater system. Enjoy a game room fitted with a foosball table, pool table, and board games, and a tabletop arcade. Home chefs will revel in the newly installed range oven and the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Complete the perfect evening with an alfresco feast prepared in the stainless steel BBQ grill and then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.

Things to know:
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Hot tub is on demand and included in nightly rate.
Pool heat is not available from November 1st to April 1st.
Pool can be heated for $175 per day (3 DAY MINIMUM) , from April 2nd to October 31st, max of 82F (not hot, just comfortable) - please contact management at least 1 week prior to arrange.
Pool and spa heat work on same heat system so only one can be heated at a time.
Pool heats at about 1 degree per hour.

The property is 0.9 miles / approximately a 4 minute drive / 20 minute walk to the beach.
Approximately 1.4 miles to Carlsbad Village / 6 min drive / approximately 30 minute walk.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: Five total vehicles can park in the home's 2 car garage and driveway. Security Cameras are positioned around the property.

Kitchen was limited in the supply of paper goods and no thermal pads to remove hot items from the oven. Checking out on the day the garbage was picked up meant a long walk to the street to drop off items in the garbage cans which were moved to the street the day before checkout

Beautiful home in a great location! Would recommend it to big families. We had 4 kids and 6 adults and were all comfortable. The pool is great and outside bbq was great. I loved the game room too. Overall a great place and very communicative property managers.

This property is beautiful and spacious. The resort style pool and hot tub with an outdoor kitchen made a perfect spot to relax with family. The house has a large living area and plenty of bedrooms, including a private room with kitchenette and bathroom. The property is less than a mile from the beach and is a great location for your next family vacation!

Great place to stay

This house was a great place to stay for bringing kids and grandkids. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were great also. Awesome views sitting out of the front deck/patio each night. We also enjoyed the fire pit and cooking out on the grill almost every night.

Amazing

We had a family reunion. It was so nice to have so many king beds and bedrooms with their own baths. The location could not have been better. The house was so big and there were so many areas to gather. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game rooms. The kitchen was well appointed, which was important since we ate all our dinners together. The grill and outdoor kitchen was also really nice. We had a wonderful time at this wonderful house!

Super site for family reunion

The facilities have so much space and areas for hanging out. Beautiful views and some of our family were working remotely and had space that helped them get away. Wonderful kitchen — well equipped and great family dining room. Loved the hot tub!!!

Perfect for a large family

This is a perfect property for a large family or multi-family stay. Open spaces with plenty of room. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were a hit during our stay! Property management was responsive and informative. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

The pics do not do this house justice. I was honestly speechless from the moment we turned onto the cul de sac and saw it sitting at the top of its own little hill. The house is gorgeous inside and out and the pool area is spectacular. It’s winter so we only used the spa, but the fact that the spa is heated at no extra cost is a rare and wonderful feature that we appreciated so much. Definitely watch the sunset from the wrap around balcony!The house is light and bright with so many windows and skylights. They thought of everything with smart TVs, books, board games and the super fun game room with pool, foosball, and an arcade game. They have the best WiFi too.Check in instructions were sent well in advance and very clear. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to questions. Check out was a breeze. I could go on and on about how wonderful this home is. I’d stay here or at any of this host’s properties again. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

Perfect location and property for my work retreat.

I booked this property for a small work retreat. We all had plenty of space in the common area's to meet, as well as breakout for sessions. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us, and the outdoor pool/hot tub area was such a hit. Thanks for a great stay, and easy communication throughout the booking process!

Annual get away

Once a year a group of 4 couples go away for a week to get together, eat,drink, golf, shop and other fun things. This year we went to opening day at Del Mar and to winery tour and dinne. The house was perfect for that. A little disappointed in the size of the bedrooms that were not the master. And tthe two up stairs had a small bath to share. Lots of gathering spaces. Big Kitchen. All in all a great place.

Best Birthday Weekend

I rented this house for my birthday weekend with ten friends and family. It was a great location and close to everything we would want. The house was large enough to hold all of us and was well stocked. The property manager had great communication and answered any questions we had. They also sent all of the directions we needed about the house before we got there, which was nice. I would definitely come back.

It was like a private resort!

This was the perfect spot for our family. Quiet, neat, clean, everything worked. The directions were very clear and there were zero issues. Plenty to do on site(table tennis, axe game, pool table, foosball, and many games to Play upstairs. Even Donkey Kong!! Store was basically right down the hill!! Could not Ask for more. Been doing this summer rental thing for ten years. Grandkids art 15 and 13. They loved the pool and everything about the Place. They had the upstairs connecting bed rooms and thought that was amazing. I was in the down stairs master- super big walk in closet. Really liked being able to park four Cars inside gate. Great Experience for all of us!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home! We had 11 of us with 2 more for one night. This house was so spacious that we never felt on top of each other. Since we had a 14 month old with us, having the pool fenced in gave our DIL peace of mind. Everything was clean and in great shape. Going to rent again!

Family LegoLand and San Diego Zoo trip.

We had a great time. Home was beautiful, spacious and well stocked. It worked well for our family getaway. We had six adults and four children, four and under. It was a short distance to LegoLand, the beach and downtown Carlsbad.

Business retreat

We rented this space for our team who was in town for a week of training in Carlsbad. We all had our own room and the location was easy to access. It is close to the store, freeway, and has a great view. The team enjoyed it very much! Great team building and less expensive than multiple hotel rooms.
