Areeiroに位置する3ベッドルームの新築ヴィラ。ルーレとアルマンシルの両方から5〜10分。 プライベートス���ミングプールとプライベートガーデン、素晴らしい屋外とバーベキューエリアと非常に快適な家族の家。

このアパートメントには��次のように構成された3つのベッ��ルームと4つのバスルームがあります。

キッチンはモダンで設備が整っており、小さな食事用のテーブルと椅子、ランドリールームがあります。 引��戸はキッチンの自然光を取り入れ、プールの隣にある屋���のダイニングエリアに直接アクセスできます。
広々としたリビングルーム���は、エアコン、英国チャンネル付きフラットスクリーンテレビ（BBC1-4、ITVなど）、DVDプレーヤー、いくつかの映画、いくつかのゲームを備えたWIIゲームコンソールが備わっています。 Wi-Fi経由のインターネットアクセスもあります。

Lovely Family Villa

We had an amazing stay here in Almancil. The property was clean, check in and out process was straight forward and the pool was lovely. We would stay here again if in the area.

chilling holiday

We have had a chilling holiday in Casa no Sol. This villa is very comfortable, with a very new equipped kitchen, which was a boom for us as we did a lot of home cooking. We would recommend this villa to our friends as is very comfortable & home from home. We did visit a few places & used uber which was very efficient. The Perfect Little Break!

We were originally due to fly out to the Algarve in early June 2020 having booked with Seashell, clearly, the global pandemic put paid to that! The flexibility and understanding that Seashell demonstrated at a time business must have been extremely worrying was amazing, they could not have been more professional or more flexible, moving us to this June initially but then moving us again in February to September when things were looking difficult again, they really were outstanding! So, to the holiday itself, we were met at the Villa by one of the representatives who was bright and welcoming and were shown around what was an immaculate villa, tastefully fitted, well-appointed with every amenity you could want in a holiday villa, everywhere was spotless, including the pool and the gardens. The villa itself is set back from quite a busy road, however, the quality of the windows was such that it wasn't really a problem and in the garden at the back around the pool, you don't get any noise pollution anyway. During the stay, we had a couple of very minor issues which were promptly dealt with by the Seashell team. The Seashell team made us feel really welcome, they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible! In summary, we had a fabulous holiday and I could not recommend Seashell enough, I will certainly be booking through them again in the future! Thank you Seashell! On the basis of our stay - nothing!

We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly

Perfect house for several people. Has everything we need and is spacious. Private areas and super garage. Easy and quick communication. Kitchen is great for cooking, and there is a nice breakfast area by the pool An outdoor shower would add to the convenience

All in all we would book these villa again

Perfect location for 4 persons and more. Everything was clean and the pool was stunning the only negative think was the low water pressure and the dogs from the neighbor.

Good Holiday

The house is lovely with a good selection of kitchen utilities. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and en-suites are a good size. There is a good restaurant within 10 minutes walk. The only down side is that it is 30 minutes away from the nice beaches and difficult to park a car essential, The directions to the house were ok till you got there the picture of outside of house looks nothing like the outside of house as it is now.

Séjour agréable

Maison moderne ,tout confort, propre,grandes pieces, jolie piscine. Tres agreable à vivre. À recommander, mais en préférant avoir des enfants sachant nager car la piscine est tres près de la maison. Très bon séjour Que le nettoyage de la piscine se fasse Non pas durant notre séjour mais le samedi jour de menage. Un entretien de la maison a mi-sejour de la semaine serait idéal Tout est bien. Dommage que vous ne puissiez empêcher les nombreux chiens des voisins d'aboyer la nuit
