アパートメントはタイル張りで、メインリビングエリアとベッドルームにエアコンユニット、シャワーとバスタブ付きのバスルーム、内ホール、オープンプランのキッチン付きの広いリビングルーム、そしてそこから続くバルコニーがあり、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。海と湾のエリアの。

Dolce Vita 2. Clean, spacious with superb panoramic view of the Marina, Sunny Beach and Nessabar from the good sized balcony. Information email received 2 weeks before holiday detailing code for key box on arrival, WiFi details, TV info, small supermarkets nearby and restaurants to use.12 night relaxing stay and were back now for 2 weeks which reminded me to review. Beach is a few minutes walk as is the nearest pool with comfy seating, loungers and restaurant. Vlas town is an easy 10 minute walk with variety of shops, bars, restaurants and large supermarket, easy cheap bus from top of road to Sunny Beach & Nessabar. Padraic is a very gracious host even had a new iron delivered the following morning when we advised it was missing. Highly recommended.

The location was fantastic.

Beautiful location. But apartment in current state is unsafe for children . Balcony in particular. Very dated interior.and unsafe appliances. Owner should really visit and rethink his setup. Did notify him of same.! Wouldn't put me off the location,but wouldn't stay in this apartment again.

Emplacement idéal, logement moyen

Tout d’abord, la procédure d’arrivée a été décevante avec une mauvaise organisation. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes à l’extérieur. Après avoir contacté le propriétaire et le gérant du complexe hôtelier, une personne inconnue est venu nous donner les clefs sans même un « bonjour », étrange. Une fois être entré dans notre appartement, surprise : un canapé lit sur les deux est cassé et ne peut pas se déplier, ce qui nous contraint à acheter un matelas gonflable pour l’un d’entre nous. Honteux car nous avons payé pour 4 et n’avions pas été prévenu de ce désagrément. Nous retenons tout de même des points positifs : le balcon est grand et la vue est superbe. L’appartement est à 5 minutes de la plage et du port. 3 grandes piscines sont à proximité avec bars pour chacune d’entre elles. Un supermarché se trouve juste en face de l’immeuble.

Appartement très simple mais agréable. Il y a le necessaire pour les vacances. Attention si vous avez des enfants en bas age, énromément de marches et de pentes à monter car complexe situé sur une coline. Complexe très propre, piscine au top, restaurant simple mais très bon, personnel très agéable. Appartement à environ 15 min à pied du centre-ville, la plage et la Marina à 5 min. Vous pouvez louer une voiture mais vous pouvez très bien utiliser les transports en commun qui vont dans les coins touristiques, Sunny Beach et plus loin... pour une somme dérisoire... il y en a jusqu'à tard le soir. Propriétaire très sympa, si vous voulez visiter Sveti Vlas et ses environs, n'hésitez pas !

had a good time ,great stay in a fab apt , with a mega view over the marina & beach. one of the nicest places i have been but girls beware no high heels as there are 1 or 2 steps to climb but well worth a visit. local bars in sveti vlas town 5 mins away great value and nice to mix with the locals at crazy low prices. for a beautiful view and meal rubbens steak house is a must.

"Je suggère au propriétaire des draps imperméabilisés ou alèses pour le lit et sofas. Des lampes de chevet ans la chambre. Un tapis de bain pour la sdb, des essuies vaisselle. Pour le reste, je trouve l''endroit joli, belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse qui est très agréable. La piscine attenante à l''appartement bien tenue et le restaurant bon et pas cher. La mer à deux pas."

The owner has 3 properties available at the resort. This can be very convenient for large groups travelling together. Please enquire for details on availability.

Each apartment is within its own complex that has a pool(with children's area) and restaurant/bar areas, 24 hour security and parking and staff/management ensuring the upkeep of the complex. Also, all the facilities of each complex are at the disposal of the guests - this includes a gym, hair dresser/beauty treatment saloon, internet cafe, shop & bureau de change etc. The resort area is free from local traffic and it is easy to get around in a relaxed manner.

The atmosphere in Sveti Vlas is relaxed and friendly, and there are many pleasant courtyard restaurants where you can eat alfresco and a charming town square complete with a fountain.

Sveti Vlas also boasts a new marina development located within the Deveni resort. The Marina is a great place to go for a special meal out and has some of the most exclusive bars and restaurants on the Black Sea coast. At the Marina there is also also yacht hire, boat trips, bike hire, exclusive shopping and a lovely clean beach with some really interesting beach bars.

The lively resort of Sunny Beach is 5km from the resort and can be reached by taxi or a cheap and regular bus service which stops outside the Resort. Sunny Beach is a very busy seaside tourist town which has a buzzing atmosphere and an abundance of bars shops restaurants nightclubs and fun! The perfect place to party all night!

There are 2 good water parks to visit. The Aqua Action Park at Sunny Beach is the closest and can be reached by a free bus service which has a stop outside the resort. There is also Aqua Paradise at Nessebar which also runs a free bus service from the same bus stop - this is considered the best water park to go to. The whole area is known as the Black Sea Riveria. There are countless Bars , Restaurants, Nightclubs and shops to enjoy, as well as all the beach has to offer.

The DOLCE VITA complex is one of over 10 complexes that make up the Deveni resort.
The apartment is in a sought after resort on the black sea coast in St Vlas. The resort is built on high ground thereby granting great views of the surrounding sea and coastal area. Nearby is a new marina - a big attraction with fine restaurants and stylish bars and shops.

Also, the resort has it's own private beach and is a short walk through the grounds to it. In all, there are 3 sandy beaches in St Vlas. Indeed, right along the coastal line of St Vlas in both directions, there are pockets of sandy beach areas interspersed with rocky pebbly places and high cliff faces. Some are very secluded and ideal for those in search of privacy. As you are surrounded by the picturesque slopes of the Balkan mountains and green forests, you are never far from a tranquil spot offering great views.
