The apartment, completely renovated in Spring 2018, is located in an extraordinary position, just 240 meters from the splendid beach of "Sa Marina"; it is spread over a single floor of 65 square meters, well furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful living room, air conditioned in the bedrooms, with new furniture, and characterized by two splendid covered outdoor verandas, a barbecue dedicated to use exclusive and a large garden around. Free & Unlimited Wi-Fi Station. Comfortable parking space in front of the house, free. For Bikers friends, possibility of parking their motorcycles and trolley inside the garden of the apartment.

The apartment is composed of:

A) a kitchen dining room full optionals;
B) a large double bedroom, with possible cot, air conditioning and fan, large wardrobe;
C) a comfortable double room, with air conditioning, large wardrobe;
D) bathroom with toilet, shower box, Whirlpool 8 Kg A ++ washing machine;
E) two covered outdoor verandas, each of 15 sq m: the first furnished with a 6-seater table and chairs for a peaceful breakfast and / or outdoor lunch; the second use "patio", equipped with sofa set;
F) barbecue for exclusive use, surrounded by the surrounding garden;
G) very practical outdoor showers for when returning from the beach.

New linear kitchen, equipped with hob, gas stove, Ariston Hotpoint oven, Samsung Multifunction 28L microwave, Hotpoint Ariston A ++ 10 place dishwasher, fridge & freezer, cutlery, plates, glasses and pans present, immersion blender.

The two main bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Only small, well-behaved pets are allowed.

For each guest the relative linen is available: set of three towels (small, medium, large), sheets, tablecloths and tea towels for the kitchen.

Upon request, by agreement, I can make available:

1) a two-seater Diana fiberglass kayak, 50 meters long, with the related equipment: double 220 cm Bic Sport paddle & double life jacket, aluminum trolley for convenient transport to the beach, for extraordinary excursions by sea.

2) four Pirinfarina Mountain-Bike model bicycles, to be able to take excursions along the pine forest and / or to be able to move inside the Borgo "Sa Marina" for small errands, such as the purchase of a newspaper or fruit and vegetables in one of the many mini-markets with local products.

For those who are passionate about motors and off-track excursions, in the midst of the uncontaminated nature of Ogliastra, I can organize a wonderful experience, with an expert support team, safely, on board of powerful Quad bikes or motocross bikes, along the paths of the Ogliastra coast (from Cea, to Coccorocci up to the natural swimming pools of Mobte Ferru) or along the hinterland paths (from Ulassai to Osini).

Borgo "Sa Marina" is immersed in a peaceful, serene and privileged context due to its central location along the central-eastern coast of Sardinia.

Availability to provide any type of information on centers of interest in the Ogliastra area and useful advice on places to visit during your stay.
