A very lovingly decorated house with a great, large property that offered plenty of different places to sit. The host was very accommodating and responded to questions very quickly. He quickly fixed a problem with the air conditioning. Three minor points: The trash disposal system is a bit confusing—a few additional explanations in advance would have helped us here. The internet was very unreliable, though that wasn’t the router’s fault. Deck chairs would have been the icing on the cake. But those are just minor comments. It was truly wonderful, and we can highly recommend this place.

Excellent location

This villa is in beautiful countryside with wonderful views. The roof top terrace was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view. Interesting authentic villa- maybe bathroom is ready for an improvement, otherwise excellent.

Love at first sight...

We stayed in this lovely house with 3 adults and our 6 years old son. First and foremost, the pictures really show it all and are no fake, the garden and surrounding is well captured on the pictures and we were astonished by the big garden and possibilities, I for myself loved the outdoor shower and enjoyed the view while taking a shower. Everything is nicely arranged. Upon entering the house we directly felt comfortable and welcome. The house itself is situated in the hills above the city in a quiet location. Massimiliano is a wonderful, friendly and helpful host/renter who is always attainable when there are questions and quickly responds either via text message or email. The house lacks nothing, from dish washer tabs to shaving lotion... Simply said this is a wonderful place where one can relax and enjoy life... Mille Grazie to Massimiliano and his family!

Massimiliano a été très réactif Le logement dispose de tout le confort avec une très belle vue sur la baie, en revanche il y a trop de décoration un peu partout et le logement et le jardin sont sur plusieurs niveaux (à déconseiller aux personnes peu mobiles )

Une maison magnifique, avec une vue exceptionnelle et un jardin comme un petit trésor, surtout quand on voyage avec des petits explorateurs...Décoration très soignée, avec un soin particulier pour les matières naturelles. On sent le passé, les traditions, le côté authentique, avec tout le confort moderne. Massimiliano est très réactif et arrangeant. Une superbe adresse pour qui aime le dépaysement, le calme et la nature...

Wir haben von Mitte April bis Anfang Mai bei herrlichem Wetter zwei wunderbare Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten entsprechen vollständig der Beschreibung und den Fotos; die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll, ein Mix aus alten und neuen Dingen, sehr persönlich und liebevoll ausgesucht. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, Bett und Matratze sind sehr gut, das Schlafzimmerfenster hat ein Mückengitter und das Bad ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Garten ist großartig: bei 6 verschiedenen Sitzbereichen und 3 Hängematten fanden wir je nach Temperatur und Tageszeit immer einen genialen Ort zum Ausspannen und Genießen. Das besondere Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit einem Wahnsinnsausblick auf das Meer und den unterhalb liegenden Ort Santa Maria Navarese und die Berge. Da das angrenzend liegende Haus während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bewohnt war, konnten wir dieses herrliche Anwesen ganz für uns allein genießen.Unser Vermieter Massimiliano war freundlich und hilfsbereit und ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp und Telefon zu erreichen.

Haus mit Aussicht

Wir hatten zu zweit eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Am besten gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung und die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Kommunikation vorab und das Ein- und Auschecken verliefen problemlos. Danke, Massimiliano.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein großartiges Erlebnis !!

Auf einem Hügel gelegen hat man die Rundum-Sicht vom Meer zu den Bergen. die man auf verschiedenen Terrassen genießen kann! Das alleine ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Das Haus selbst ist ein mit Liebe saniertes und eingerichtetes altes Bauernhaus- ich habe es sehr gemocht! Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden! Es ist wunderschön, aber man braucht unbedingt ein Auto und sollte im Grundstück und Haus gut zu Fuß sein. In Navarese befinden sich ein Supermarkt, kleine Geschäfte und genügend Restaurants.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Ein wunderbares Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeite , der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Massimiliano hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es sind lediglich 2 Minuten Fahrt in den Ort und zum Strand. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben das Ferienhaus wirklich geliebt!

Hoch über Santa Maria Navarese

Es war toll. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet im Vintage Style. Alles vorhanden, Geräte, Installationen innen und außen. Es gibt auf dem riesigen Grundstück mehrere Terrassen mit Möbeln, schattig und sonnig je nach Bedarf und Tageszeit. Auf dem Esstisch persönlicher Willkommensgruß und frisches Obst sowie frische italienische Cookies. WLAN funktioniert auf dem ganzen Gelände und reicht auch für streaming aus. In Check und Out Check problemlos, freundlich und Pkw begleitet bis vors Tor. Einziger Problempunkt war wegen einer Knieverletzung die z.T. hohen Stufen immer nur max. 2 aber für mich mühsam. Für meine Frau völlig unproblematisch. Die Anfahrt mit PKW ist steil, dafür ist es ringsum sehr still. Wir haben uns bestens erholt. Vielen Dank an Massimiliano, mille Grazie, tanti auguri JK

Super Haus, super Lage

Tolles Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, Mega Lage. Einziges Manko, Heizung durch die Klimaanlage wird nur so halb warm (es sei denn man lässt sie durchlaufen, das haben wir aber nicht), und der Strom ist sehr labil. Heizung und Herd zusammen geht schon nicht. Abwechslung ansonsten wirklich alles prima ist, will ich dafür nichts abziehen.

Haus und Garten mit viel Flair

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen, von der man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer hat.

Wunderschöner Ort

Toller Ort mit grandioser Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und witzigem Pool. Recht anspruchsvolle Auffahrt, wenn man das erste Mal hinfährt. Schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem ganzen Gelände. Alle "Problemchen" wurden sofort gelöst. Alles sehr liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Perfekt

Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage des Ferienhauses kann nicht besser sein. Auf einen kleinen Berg stehend, hat man eine grandiose Sicht auf den Ort und die Bucht. Das Grundstück bietet eine Vielzahl von Sitzmöglichkeiten von denen aber nicht alle im besten Zustand waren. Das war für uns aber nicht weiter schlimm. Der nächste Kiesstrand ist durch die felsige Beschaffenheit super zum schnorcheln. Wer lieber einen Sandstrand bevorzugt wird ca 15 min mit dem Auto weiter südlich fündig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Maison parfaite!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, avec une literie parfaite. Les nombreuses terrasses sont très agréables avec des points de vues différents. Je recommande vivement !!!

Der perfekte Urlaub

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Ein riesiger Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Sogar einen kleinen Pool. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der perfekte Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.
