Superb oasis

We have had such a brilliant stay at Barbara’s villa. Everything was perfect and she had made sure we had everything we needed. The location was idyllic with beautiful views. The villa was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome bonus. We look forward to returning soon.

We chose this house in Sardinia for a week of peace and relaxation after a very busy week in Naples. However this is not what we got. Villetta Corubo is a delightful one storey house decorated and finished to a high standard with a lovely terrace that we would have given a 5 star rating. Unfortunately it was spoiled considerably by a very active construction site immediately in front of the terrace, only separated by a narrow lane. The lovely view of the sea was taken away by a shabby caravan, orange site netting and the partly constructed building with 5 or 6 construction workers working on the same level as the terrace. We could not relax with privacy. The work was noisy and there were diesel fumes from the digger and cement mixer. When the 2 storey apartment block is completed it will obscure a lot of the view and cast a shadow over the house and terrace. A real pity!Barbara is a friendly and helpful owner and clearly the disruption is not her fault. However we were very disappointed we were not warned of the disruption before we arrived despite having booked the house many months in advance.

Die Villa ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und idyllisch. Die Gastgeberin Barbara ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, kleinere Probleme umgehend zu lösen. Die Lage am Ortsrand mit einem Gartengrundstück direkt hinter dem Haus, wo man parken kann, ist sehr gut. Auch der Außengrill am Haus wurde von uns gerne genutzt.Leider konnten wir die tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick nur bedingt genießen, weil wohl kurz vor unserer Ankunft Ende August direkt gegenüber die Baustelle für ein zweistöckiges Appartementhaus eröffnet wurde. Bei unserer Ankunft war zwar nur die Bodenplatte fertig, aber der Meerblick war durch einen heruntergekommenen Wohnwagen und die Baustelle doch etwas eingeschränkt. In der ersten Woche unserer Ferien wurde zum Glück auf der Baustelle nicht gearbeitet, aber in der zweiten Woche kamen morgens um 7:45 Uhr die Bauarbeiter und die Arbeiten gingen dann so bis 17 Uhr. Das war natürlich nicht das, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns zwar angeboten, dass wir einen Rabatt bekommen, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen, aber was noch vom Meerblick übrig ist, wenn das Haus gegenüber fertiggestellt ist, ist schwer zu sagen.Santa Maria Navarrese ist ein gemütlicher Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben die Strände sowohl am Ort als auch in der näheren Umgebung sehr genossen. Ebenso gibt es etliche gute bis sehr gute Lokale direkt im Ort. Auch kleinere Wanderungen sind in den Hügeln um Baunei gut möglich.

Unglaublich schönes Häuschen mit perfekter Aussicht aufs Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt extrem genossen. Frühstücken draussen mit Blick aufs Meer und die wunderschönen Felsen, die zu jeder Tageszeit anders schön sind. Die Lage am Berg hat den Vorteil, dass immer ein Wind geht. Zu Fuss ist der Weg zum Meer in ca 20 Minuten sehr gut zu schaffen, ebenso zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Gelateria. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, angenehm und wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind von hier aus sehr gut zu machen. Eingezäunter Parkplatz und auch unsere Hunde haben sich auf der Terasse sehr wohl gefühlt.

Due giorni di puro relax

Esperienza fantastica! La villetta è immersa nel verde, in un contesto molto rilassante e silenzioso. Ci siamo innamorati della terrazza vista mare e della zona barbecue! Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il fatto di poter parcheggiare l’auto in un parcheggio privato e sicuro. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit super Gastgeberin

Zum ersten Mal waren wir auf Sardinien und wohnten für neun Nächte im Ferienhaus von Barbara.Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und bietet von der Terrasse einen super Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse ist durch zwei große Bäume sowie einen Pavillon beschattet und hat dadurch selbst bei hohen Temperaturen noch ein gutes Klima.Im Außenbereich befindet sich zudem eine Waschmaschine, mit der unkompliziert Kleidung gewaschen werden kann.Der Innenbereich ist mit den zwei Schlafzimmern sowie Küche mit Aufenthaltsbereich ausreichend groß.Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlen keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten.Lediglich der Weg zum und vom Strand ist minimal mühsam durch die Anstiege, dennoch ist der Weg gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen.Schön ist auch, dass zwei Autos auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück geparkt werden können.Nicht vergessen werden darf die super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Barbara. Sie war bei Fragen stets erreichbar und gab uns auch zahlreiche Tipps.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt voll genossen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa in toller Umgebung

Wir haben in der Villa von Barbara 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Der Kontakt war trotz der Sprachbarriere einfach klasse. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer vor Santa Maria Navarrese und die Bucht. Alles war top gepflegt und sauber. Ein paar Türen sind über die Jahre etwas schwergängig, aber insgesamt ist alles vorhanden, was man in 2 Wochen benötigt - incl. einer Waschmaschine. Deutsches Sat TV ist allerdings nicht eingerichtet. Die Villa liegt etwas oberhalb im Ort und in einer ruhigen Gegend Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.

Ideale Ferienunterkunft zum Abschalten

Barbaras Unterkunft hat uns direkt überzeugt und genau das geboten, was wir gesucht haben. Die Unterkunft liegt ein wenig abseits des Zentrums und bietet daher Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein eigener Parkplatz macht insbesondere die An- und Abreise sehr angenehm. Alle interessanten Ziele wie Supermärkte, Restaurants sowie der Stand lassen sich dennoch in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr aufgeräumt aber gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere der schöne Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, einem gemauerten Grill und einer Außendusche war ein absolutes Highlight. Von der Veranda hat man, ebenso wie aus beiden Schlafzimmern, einen wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht. Als Gastgeberin war Barbara sehr engagiert und freundlich. Sowohl beim Check-In als auch bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen war sie stets erreichbar und konnte uns trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert weiterhelfen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr netter Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und in Ordnung. Die Betten sind sehr gut. An allen Fenstern sind sehr gute Fliegengitter, das ist super. Das Highlight ist die sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der man super gemütlich sitzen kann mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer. Auch der Kamingrill wurde reichlich von uns genutzt und hat super gut funktioniert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

Aktivferien in ruhiger Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt im Haus von Barbara ist sehr schön und erholsam gewesen. Santa Maria Navaresse ist ein Super-Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die schönen Buchten. Sowohl in der SelvaggioBlu in den Bergen, wie auch in den südlichen Buchten mit Sandstrand. Das Haus von Barbara liegt sehr ruhig und schön. Es gibt kein Lärm in der Nacht, so dass man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Der Kontakt mir Barbara war sehr nett und herzlich. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir hoffen, wieder mal an diesen schönen Ort zurückzukehren. Sonja und Ernst

Perfekte Unterkunft

Unkompliziert und komfortabel

Ein riesen Lob an Barbara. Sie war so unkompliziert und hat uns sofort geholfen, wenn wir irgendwas gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Von Olivenöl und Gewürze bis versch. Teesorten und Kaffee ist alles da. Wir haben die Klimaanlage sehr genossen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Wir haben das Auto benutzt, da es dann doch zum Teil steile Abschnitte gibt. Danke für Alles.

Schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Fenster, Schrank und Klimaanlage. Es gibt leider nur gemeinsame Laken. In der Wohnküche ist eine Küchenzeile, Esstisch und eine kleine Couch. Gasherd, Elektroofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierabteil, Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Alles war in Ordnung. Das Bad ist klein aber völlig ausreichend. Die Dusche ist nicht riesig, Wasserdruck und Temperatur sind prima. Es gibt Fliegengitter und Mückenstecker. Der Urlaub spielt sich aber vor allem auf der tollen, großen und rundum begrünten Terrasse ab. Die Terrasse liegt unter einem riesigen Johannisbrotbaum und zwei großen Olivenbäumen. Zusätzlichen Sonnenschutz gibt es durch einen großen Pavillon. Der Pavillon schützt auch gegen die herunterfallenden Fruchtschoten des Baums. Außerdem gibt es einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, zwei Liegen, einen Korbsessel und ein Korbsofa. Von der Terrasse hat man Meerblick, der nur teilweise von einem Haus verstellt ist. Es gibt Wäscheleine und -ständer sowie einen Strandschirm und -matten. Das WLAN ist gut und schnell. Parken ist hinter dem Haus möglich. Es ist superleise. Nur eine lautstarke süße Flokati-Katze kam zu Besuch. Zum Strand sind es hügelige 900 m - er ist sehr schön und nicht überfüllt. Eine Seite ist mit feinem Kies - perfekt zum Schnorcheln – die andere mit feinen Sandstrand. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig reichlich gute Restaurants. Barbara war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit über Messenger zu erreichen. Das ging nur über Translator, war aber problemlos.

Wunderbare Woche in Barbaras Häuschen

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem kleinen Haus oberhalb von Santa Maria Navarrese. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, ein Pferd und einen Esel sowie einige Katzen als "Nachbarn" 🙂 Auf der Terasse lässt sich wunderbar frühstücken, im Garten gibt es frische Kräuter. Das Haus hat Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren top, auch für ein Schwergewicht wie mich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben toll geduftet. Barbara war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich zu uns. Sehr zu empfehlen!
