Enter into this gated community in North Naples and you will see water cascading over a rock wall. In this tropical paradise you are surrounded by flowering shrubs and palm trees. This particular rental condominium is all the way to the back of the complex and overlooks a quiet preserve and lake with a lighted fountain. There is no road noise! Also, the condominium is on the second floor for your added security.

It has vaulted ceilings and an over sized, screened in lanai giving a very spacious and open feeling. The lanai screening was all replaced.. It has been furnished and decorated in 'Island Style' with Tommy Bahamas and other upscale brand furniture for your added comfort and enjoyment. And there is a 65 inch OLED TV (high definition TV). Also, WiFi is active in the condo. A leather love seat with two power reclining seats has been added for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom features a King Size bed and an entertainment center with a TV. The master bathroom has a separate garden tub as well as a glass enclosed shower and large walk-in closet. The guest suite is at the other end of the unit and features a queen sized bed and an attached bath for added privacy. In addition, there is a sunny sitting area off the kitchen, which is perfect for relaxing in the morning sunshine.

The carpeting in both bedrooms was replaced with a marble look porcelain tile in 2024. This is a great addition for anyone with allergies in Florida!

The condominium is in an ideal location, only seven minutes from Delnor-Wiggin's Pass State Park beach, which was voted one of the best State Parks in America. It is also close to Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key State Park. And it's only a short drive to all the fun activities and restaurants in downtown Naples.

In the community there is a beautiful over-sized and heated swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas for your enjoyment in the pool area.

All the comforts of home!

Spent 7 weeks here and we could not ask for anything more! Fully stocked EVERYTHING! The Lanai was my favorite spot at the beginning and end of the day. The location is perfect, close to everything including minutes to many beaches. Best value in Naples!

A hidden gem...

Stayed for the month of May in this quiet property. It looks as good in the pictures. We were very, very pleased with the accomodation; every was clean, all the luxury that we needed ( fridge, well stocked kitchen , washer, dryer etc etc. ) But most of we enjoyed the quietness of the place and the lanai overlooking the lanai. The swimming pool has also a nice size. But most of all: we are greatful for the bikes that Sharon and Steve bought for us. We used this almost daily for recreation or to the grocery stores. And for using the parking permit at Barefoot Beach. We also met the owners, which is great for both parties. This place was just perfect for both of us. I have nothing negative commend to add. Plus Paul and Julie ( home watch) were very helpful too. All I can say is: we hope to return next year. Stick with something that you are happy with. Thank you Sharon and Steve.

A Fantastic Place To Stay In Naples

This wonderfully spacious and well equipped condo provides for your every need,within a short time we felt very at home and very comfortable.The large lanai overlooking the preserve and fountain is just perfect to sit out on for breakfast and evening meals,it is very peaceful and not overlooked.The high ceilings,patio doors,and position all help to keep the condo at a good temperature,we did not feel the need to run the airconditioning a great deal.A kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need and Gordon Ramsey would find hard to find anything wrong with is perfect for those nights having a meal in on the lanai. The large swimming pool was great for doing a few laps,had loungers,chairs,parasols and the surroundings are beautifully landscaped. The position directly on to US41 is a great central location,to go south to 5th Avenue South,and head north up to Estero, Fort Meyers,Sanibel and the many shops,restaurants,bars,supermarkets that are all within easy reach by car in all directions.There are so many restaurants from fine dining to nice casual places within a short drive in Naples you are spoilt for choice.On Bonita Beach Road between US41 and the beach,a very short drive away you have three casual restaurants,one on the beach front,two with outside decks on the waterside all worth a visit. There are many beach options close by. The owner was always most helpful,responded to emails promptly,and provided all information you would need prior to arrival,and during your stay should you need assistance. Our experience with this condo and the owner was first class and we could find nothing at all negative to say.We would definitely come back again.

Tropical Paradise

We had a great time. The community was really quiet at night so we were able to leave the doors opening to the lanai open and enjoyed a great breeze. The mattress and bedding are premium quality, also contributing to a great night's sleep. Enjoy Italian and Vietnamese cuisine all within walking distance. During the day, visit Barefoot Beach for some canoeing, shelling, or just a nice day at the beach. The place was very clean and the owners delivered on everything they listed on their web site. We look forward to coming back soon.

We are both retired and now split our time between our homes in Wisconsin, Florida, and Maui. We take great pride in our Florida condo and make sure that it is in great condition for any renters we have when we are not using this property ourselves. We have two daughters, one son in law, and four grandchildren, which all bring great joy into our lives.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy in this location because of the close proximity to the beach. Also there is great tennis only a few minutes away. We love the over sized pool in this complex and enjoy the quiet of the preserve and lake view.

What makes this property unique

This property offers a large lanai where we enjoy eating most of our meals. The furniture is all upscale and island style which is warm and inviting. The security of the second floor allows us to keep the windows and lanai doors open to the breeze.
