As advertised. Super smooth process, great communication. Perfect place for 2-4 to get out and walk around Asbury shops and restaurant and a short stroll or ride to the beach/boardwalk.

Excellent five star 100% clean very close to the beach friendly neighborhood good for family to stay

Great location, would be amazing setup for family with kids. Everything was spotless, it's close enough to the beach to walk, plenty of household supplies included and the host was easy to get a hold of and helpful. It is up a flight of stairs on the exterior and a small landing at the top but everything was wonderful. The master bedroom is spacious there is a good sized kitchen a large family room and another large dining area by the kitchen, the table only really fits 4 adults comfortably but the space is huge and would be a great play area for kids while the adults have the kitchen and living room. Two twin beds adjacent to the master is big enough for two adults too. Great little spot inside and a good location close to beach/boardwalk. Check out the used bookstore on street level while you are there!

The perfect size and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July holiday. Very clean and spacious. Close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping.

Great location and host

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Pictures were accurate and plenty of space for us and our active toddler. Deb was communicative and helpful as well.

Great apartment close to the beach

Close to the beach. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Clean property and friendly owner. No parking on property, have to park on street, but overall very good stay.

Great place!

The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and the location was excellent! The owner was great and check in was easy! The bathroom is a little small, but adequate, and the shower was great! Easy walk to most places we wanted to go. We'd happily stay here again! Thank you so much!!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful trip! Great hosts. It was our first time visiting ocean city. The apartment was perfect, I visited with my husband and 20 month old. It was safe enough for him. Short walk to the board walk and plenty to do!

Perfect location, great space

This apartment is so close to everything but far enough away that parking and noise aren’t an issue. The space is much bigger than I expected and was perfect for my family of four. Easy check-in and checkout process. Highly recommend!

Delightful location, quiet clean apartment

This was just delightful!. A lovely location, above a bookstore and below NO ONE!! Very clean, super easy check in, walk to everything including the beach and boardwalk; we loved it. Near restaurants, lots of interesting stuff in the unit to do-(games, toys, enough supplies to keep up going ) Really really loved it and would stay again in a minute!!

Great location! Fantastic hosts!

Debra is a wonderful host. Communication was great. The property was very clean and came with everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Great location, close to shops, grocery, beach/boards and the fishing pier on 12th street to catch the sunset. Beds were comfortable, property spacious. I would 100% rent here again! Thanks Debra!

Perfect stay in Ocean City for our family of three

The apartment was clean and spacious in a perfect location in Ocean City. It was just the right size for our family of three and would be fine for a family of four as well. The hosts are excellent - communication was easy and well done beginning with before the stay and then throughout the duration of the stay. As for the location, we loved the easy walk to the boardwalk and beach, and we loved being so close to the Asbury Ave shopping district. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful vacation in Ocean City! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect OCNJ Rental

My Wife and I spent the week at "Between the Beach and the Bay" with our 2 small children and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean and modern with new furniture, beds and appliances. The pictures do not do justice to the size and spaciousness of the apartment! The location was perfect- just a few blocks off the beach and central to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. We hope to return next summer!

Great little getaway!

Had a great, easy stay at this property. Perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2 young children) and another adult family member. Place actually feels larger than the photos, as it has high ceilings. Kids toys/books in the large dining/play room were a nice surprise. Easy communication with the owner. Parking wasn't an issue for us (mid-June stay) as we always found a spot within 2-3 blocks on 11th st. Note this is a second story apt for those that stairs might be an issue for. Location is great, right in the heart of shopping/food and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

A blessing!

I was looking for a place to spend a long weekend as I was unable to take a full week of vacation this year. Deb was so accommodating to our schedule and such a blessing to my daughter and I! This is a beautiful, very clean, and comfortable property. There were many personal touches that made us feel at home instantly. It was close to the boardwalk and there was ample free parking around the corner. We would love to make this an annual trip. It was the perfect way to start the summer!

Perfect for families

This property seemed built for our little family! Having a separate space for my kids to play off the kitchen (I guess it’s the dining room) but it was the perfect playroom. The kids (4 and 7) walking in and dropped their toy backpacks right in there to claim the space. We walked multiple times a day to the beach and boardwalk and it was a nice walk. The owners provided a beach cart that was a life changer for us! We had a wagon that was not ready for the sand so being able to use the cart was perfect. We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future. Thanks Deb!
