Cute Condo in the heart of OCNJ

Welcome to our cozy OCNJ condo on the 3rd floor. Park your car and unwind. Everything you need is within walking distance but away from the noise of the downtown. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Wawa, local ice cream shops, a deli are all within a few minutes walk. We offer 2 off street parking spots behind the building via access through the alley as well as several options of non metered street parking. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 1 spacious full bath. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. The living room has a sectional sofa with a pull out that sleeps at least 2 people. There is plenty of seating in the living room with an additional sofa and loveseat. In addition, the living room has a brand new 75inch tv that offers internet streaming for your viewing pleasure. If you enjoy cooking or just like to have the option we offer a full sized kitchen and a table that seats at least 6. Lastly, the front porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a beverage in the evenings.

This property was perfect for our quick stay in Ocean City! Conveniently located minutes from the boardwalk as well as stores and local eats. Property was well kept and Gwen was great to communicate with. Highly recommend.

OCNJ Famjly trip

Very pleased with location and rooms. You need to get your own beach tags. They can be bought weekly, or daily, at boardwalk & 14th. Shopping and dining are nearby. The stairs may be an issue for us as we get older. That's the only reason we may not be back.

July 4th Week

The property is well maintained and very clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. We had no issues. The property is conveniently located but is on a main corridor. It is a 3rd floor unit so if you have issues with steps you may want to consider elsewhere. All in all a great property and host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

We had a wonderful week at this property with our two young children. We enjoyed the house's location very much. It was easy to ride our bikes down to the boardwalk first thing and walk with our wagon to the beach. Being at the end of the boardwalk meant the beach area was a wider than other areas, which was appreciated. The house was very clean and ready for our stay. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would recommend this property to others looking for a place to stay.

Best host!

Gwen was the most responsive host! She was able to provide recommendations for me in OCNJ for a bakery and answered my other questions promptly. The stairs are steep, but doable! There was plenty of space for our family for 5 to eat, sleep, play games and relax!

Adorable 3 bedroom place. Ample parking. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. The place was clean and decorated so cute. Would definitely stay again.

Clean/Tidy/Warm

Overall there were no bad things to say about this rental. The place was clean and tidy, not a speck to be found. Comfortably fit our whole party in 3 rooms plus the couch, all of which were comfier than anticipated. Amenities such as ample kitchen space and common room activities including the large smart TV were a wonderful surprise. Bathrooms were clean, showers had good water pressure and the owner sent a very informational video on how to use the AC/Heat. Without that information I would have had to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out. The owner is very receptive to feedback and responds in a respectable time to any concerns or questions you may have.

Perfect!

We sadly had to come to OC for a memorial service when we had a death in the family. We booked with very short notice and were so happy to have found this house. It was clean, cozy and perfect for a last minute unexpected trip with family. We were happy with everything and any questions we had were answered promptly. Thank you so much for a nice place to stay and giving us one less thing to worry about this weekend! We would love to return under better circumstances!

Very nice nest for our getaway!

This unit was very nice. 3rd floor and steep stairs so not for anyone who doesn’t like stairs. For us it was walkable to the beach and shops…but again, we love to walk! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was great! The huuuuge tv was a plus on those rainy days. The front porch was very nice in the afternoon…not too noisy. I would gladly stay here again!

Great beach getaway

This property worked well for our family of 6. The kitchen/dining area was a bit smaller than anticipated but still worked well for us, and the common area was nice and spacious. Convenient location for both beach and shopping, good parking. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Memorial Day Weekend

Staying here was great. Great location, top floor, no one above you! Off street parking for two cars and just enough space! Loved staying here and would definitely go again and stay here again!!
