Apartment of around 45 m2. Completely exterior, very bright. Fourth floor WITH elevator. Views to Victoria Street. A 4 minute walk from the Plaza de la Merced (home of Picasso), Cervantes theater, the citadel, the Roman theater, Picasso museum. Malaga is the great city, capital of the Costa del Sol, known as the city of museums. Its famous Calle Larios is not more than 8 minutes away on foot.
Room with double bed (135 x 190 cm) and built-in wardrobe. Living room with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed. Air conditioning (hot / cold), ceiling fan, Smart TV, iron, hair dryer and WiFi. Bathroom with shower tray and hydromassage column. Fully equipped kitchen, equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, and all small appliances. It includes bed linen, duvet and towels of 1st quality. When you arrive you will find some useful things for your stay: bath amenities, detergent for the washing machine, etc. Under the apartment there is a supermarket. It is also located in the neighborhood of Victoria, very commercial and traditional neighborhood of Malaga.

Sehr zentrales, sauberes Apartment , das keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Wir waren drei Tage mit unserer kleinen Tochter in diesem tollen Apartment. Sauber, super zentral und toll ausgestattet. Man braucht, wegen der Lage wirklich keinen Mietwagen - hätten wir auch nicht gebraucht - das Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden war echt groß 😬 Alles in allem können wir das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen! Danke !
