The area is quiet and its location in the center of the island is ideal for quick access to both east and west beaches. In 5 minutes' distance, there are supermarkets, various shops, restaurants, and the marina of Gouvia.

The Air-Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, 55'TV, and an ornamental fireplace. There are patio doors to the pool.

Kitchen
The air-conditioned kitchen features a full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedrooms
The Villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed and bathroom A. Located at the first level of the building

Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed and bathroom B. Located on the second level of the building.

Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with a double bed and is located on the third level of the building. Bathrooms C & D are located on this level too

Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with two single beds and is located on the third level of the building. Bathrooms C & D are located on this level too

Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with two single beds and is located on the third level of the building. Bathrooms C & D are located on this level too

Bathroom A is a family bathroom, bath with bathtub. W/C.

Maid service, bath towels, and hand towels are included.
