Guidelines for Guests

Towels
Blue towels are not to be taken to the beach (used on the sand). Beach towels are available for rent at €20 each per week. Please consult your concierge upon arrival. If blue towels are used at the beach, a €40 penalty will be charged to replace them with new ones.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited indoors. You are welcome to smoke only on the balcony, the house terrace, or in the outdoor pool area, where ashtrays are provided.

Toilet Paper Disposal
Please do not dispose of used toilet paper in the toilet. Use the bins located next to the toilet and discard waste daily. Rubbish can be disposed of in the outside green bins along the main road of Corfu Island — turn left uphill from your villa to locate them.

Housekeeping Services
Cleaning is scheduled before your arrival and again midway through your stay, unless you specify otherwise. This routine is based on weekly reservations. The cleaner will start with exterior tasks and arrive at the house around 9:30 AM. If you prefer no cleaning services at all or wish for her to arrive later, please notify us in advance. Be aware that late cleaner arrivals may not always be feasible. During the mid-stay cleaning, the cleaner will change hand and body towels, replenish toiletries, drinking water, and coffee, vacuum, polish, mop the floors, and remove rubbish. She will not wash dishes; please keep the kitchen tidy and use the provided dishwasher. In line with our sustainability program, bed linen is changed weekly. If you'd like fresh linen during the mid-stay cleaning, an additional fee of 150 euros will apply. The same fee applies for extra cleaning days if needed. If you require additional cleaning services, please inform us as soon as possible to ensure they can be scheduled.


Visitors and Gatherings
Parties and visits must be discussed with your concierge in advance. All visitors are required to provide passport details prior to arrival.

Check-Out Procedures
Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. If you wish to stay later, inquire about availability with your concierge. On the day of departure, the housekeeper will start cleaning from the outside inward. Please vacate your bedrooms promptly to facilitate this process. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. For luggage storage, contact your concierge.

Property Damage
An inspection for damages will be conducted upon check-out. Any damages must be settled immediately; otherwise, charges may be billed through your booking platform, potentially incurring additional fees.

Early or Late Departures
- **Personal Items:** Double-check wardrobes and drawers.
- **Lockup:** After collecting your belongings, lock the door and leave the key in the lockbox (code: 3636).
- **Feedback:** If you enjoyed your stay, we would appreciate a 5-star review. For suggestions, please contact your concierge directly rather than posting publicly.
