Well appointed Cape May Condo - directly across from Southern Mansion. Relax in the comfortable wicker chairs on the porch and watch the horse drawn carriages pass. Just two blocks to the pedestrian mall, shopping and dining. Beach is about five blocks away-Summertime brings a stocked beach box with chairs, umbrellas, toys, boggie boards-all ready for you right on the beach. JUST GRAB YOUR TOWEL, BAG AND GO! Off street parking for two cars -Central A/C, Memorial Day- mid September-7 night minimum Saturday check -in/out.

The rental rate includes your cleaning fee, and additional small extras-all designed to make your stay comfortable, and easier. Linens and towels are not provided, but are available for rent from a local company if needed. Come and enjoy our home at the shore, and create your own beautiful Cape May memories. Most of our 'rental family' return for more visits. We rent year-round, so please email or call for more information.

Another great stay in Cape May! The size of the condo was perfect for our needs—five adults and a baby. It also had everything we needed. The location was fabulous—very convenient to both the Acme and Washington Street shopping. We also loved the sunroom, front porch, and parking. They was more room than expected. Check in and check out were also easy. We would certainly visit again! Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Victorian in Cape May. Susan the owner was great and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The house was super clean, spacious and quite lovely. Location was perfect for our girls weekend of shopping and enjoying the local restaurants. Fall is a wonderful time and we are already looking forward to next year!

We were there during the Noreastern that hit the east coast. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults to spread out sincevwe had lots of rain. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants with rain coats. Only problem was the unit upstairs had a dog that barked alot which was annoying.

Our second year at this property

We loved our first stay so much that we decided to rent here s second year. The condo is clean and charming, and the beds are comfortable. We love that there's a washer and dryer to wash our beach clothes, and the kitchen is functional and easy to cook in. The front porch is amazing for after dinner drinks and just watching the world go by.

Always great!

Susan is a fantastic and responsive hostess. The beach box is clutch - so nice not to have to pack beach gear in the car or lug it to the beach everyday. The place is homey and clean. We’ve stayed here 3 times which probably says more than anything I could write!! A

Graduation Relaxation Weekend

This property was perfect for a post-graduation relaxation/reward weekend. Plenty of room, lots of seating in the living room and on the porch, and nicely decorated with a classic vibe. Everything we needed for a great stay was on hand. The location in the village neighborhood was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach.Very glad we chose this property and would recommend it highly.

Best Winter Getaway

Homey, cozy well-appointed home. Everything you could ask for in a rental, and more. The beds were comfy, the decor adorable without being too precious. Books and games galore. We created a memory and hopefully a new tradition! So very happy with this whole experience!

Perfect location

The property was very lovely. Perfect location. We would absolutely stay there again. The only drawback is that the property does not provide sheets or towels. We had to rent them from a local rental place. Although they deliver to the front door, it was inconvenient and a bit costly.

Convenient Location

We had a great stay. The condo is on the first floor and it was spacious and very comfortable. We loved driving out tea and coffee in the front porch ir sunroom. The location is close to Washington Mall, Acne and beach. Having a beach box with chairs and umbrellas on the beach made it very comfortable. We only needed to carry our towels to the beach. It was a great week and the check in was very smooth and easy. Thank you for having such a nice and well kept house with air conditioning so clise to everything.

Just right

Fantastic stay this week in Cape May. The property was in a great location a few blocks to the mall and about a half mile to the beach. Very clean and much larger in person than it looks in pictures. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week and the use of beach umbrellas and chairs was clutch.

A lovely condo close to everything

My wife and children and I loved staying at Canterbury Manor, it is so close to everything. We used our car exactly one time in the week that we stayed there, and that was because I didn't realize how close the grocery store was! We were pleasantly surprised at how large the unit is: everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, we appreciated the extras like laundry detergent and dishwasher liquid. The beach box is such a game changer, as you don't even have to think about what you're bringing to the beach, just put on your flip flops and go. We loved it so much that we've already booked it again for next year!

Second stay!

Our second stay at Susan’s property. Perfect for our multigenerational family. Well-stocked kitchen and other supplies, plus laundry in-unit is great. Close to everything in town with just a short walk. The beach box is so useful and has everything you need for the whole family. Cocktails on the front porch watching the carriages go by might be our favorite time. Highly recommended!
