House is located at the plateau just above amazing Pucisca bay on the Island of Brac.It is situated on private parcel (3500 m2 large - fully fenced with traditional Dalmatian stone wall.Two parking spaces provided inside) . Elevation of the house and parcel is 105 m, it is easy accessible by car and it has great panoramic view to the sea,surrounding hills and mountains on mainland.

This unique stone house is completely renovated to provide you with full comfort.

Enjoy privacy in the peace with natural surroundings and find your relax.

House has two floors;
First floor consists of living room,bathroom, dining area and kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area House has storage/laundry room as well.Fully furnished kitchen with various home appliances, big refrigerator with freezing compartment,dishwasher etc.

Outdoor dinning area is covered and it has stone fire place,electric oven and own bathroom.

Laundry room with washing machine.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms.Both with A/C.

Enjoy your multimedia with wireless internet and android 4K TV(Netflix provided).

All house indoor lights and ambient outdoor lights are LED technology.
Mosquito nets on all windows and doors.

House is rented fully furnished therefore bed linen, bathroom accessories and dishware are provided.

A lovely peaceful house with gorgeous views

We have spent two wonderful weeks at this lovely house - a very peaceful place surrounded by olive groves. Tonci and his family have made us feel very welcome and have been very helpful with local knowledge when asked. Puscisca is a very pretty town with restaurants and bars and with town beaches only about 5-10 minutes away by car. Wonderful swimming in the aquamarine sea.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Charme und großem Grundstück auf einer Anhöhe über dem Ort. Die obere Terrasse bietet einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick.Der Vermieter is sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung bietet vieles, was gebraucht wird.Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist verbessert, trotzdem manchmal nicht ganz einfach. Die Umgebung ist zum Entspannen geeignet.In allem: sehr zu empfehlen!

Brač 2024

Wir haben im Juli 2024 unseren ersten Urlaub in Kroatien in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Dieses ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus steht inmitten von Olivenbäumen und liegt oberhalb der Bucht von Pučišća. Aufgrund der Lage und Ruhe konnten wir hier sehr gut ausspannen, abschalten und relaxen. Auch unserem Hund hat es hier, dank des großen Gartens gut gefallen. Danke Tonci für den sehr herzlichen Empfang und das wir die Möglichkeit hatten, in Deinem Haus einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooi huis in een prachtige omgeving

Temidden van de olijfbomen ligt dit pareltje met verschillende mooie terrassen. Goede airco op de kamers. We hebben genoten en de barbecue uitgeprobeerd. Vriendelijke eigenaar! De baai van Pucisca ligt vlakbij met genoeg zwem- en eetgelegenheid.

Ideal zum erkunden der Insel Brac

Von Anfang an freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation. Begrüßung mit Prosecco und Kuchen (danke, Mama Toncj)! Super sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet! Ideal um die Insel in allen Richtungen innerhalb einer Woche zu erkunden, wobei man sagen muss, dass die Strände nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet sind. Ein Tipp, einen kleinen Platz zum Außen spielen herrichten! Insgesamt Bestnote. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Beate, Yasmine & Eduard 🤗👍

Oliven, Feigen und Bora

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem so schön gelegenen Haus Katia. Rund um das Haus gibt es schöne Plätze, der Olivenhain spendet lichten Schatten und abends hatten wir spektakuläre Ausblicke in den Abendhimmel und auf die dalmatimische Küste. Die nächste Bademöglichkeit ist zu Fuß etwa 30min entfernt in dem schönen Ort Pucisca - zu allen Tageszeiten ein Genuß! Vielen Dank! Es war sehr schön.

Great time in house Katia

We stayed in this very comfortable and beautiful house for two weeks. We enjoyed the big Garden with Olive trees and figue trees so much. The view to the sea and Coast line is gorgeous. Only 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes of a beautiful Walk to lovely town Pučišća. Tonci had been very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Tonci. 😀

Wunderbar!

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus. Wir haben den Olivenhain, samt Feigen- und Mandelbäumen, den Blick von der Dachterrasse und das abendliche Grillen sehr genossen. Ein Reich für uns allein! Das glasklare Wasser mit den weißen Steinstränden von Pucisca und Pucisca selbst haben das übrige für diesen schönen Urlaub getan.

Perfekte Entspannung

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es liegt etwas abgelegen und das fanden wir wunderbar. Man kann, wenn man Lust hat, schnell nach Pučišca fahren(5 min.) oder laufen (20 min.). Der Ort ist sehr schön, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und Bars - klein und fein. Tonči war immer für uns da und sehr hilfsbereit ! Die Suche nach einem Strand , an den unser Hund mitdarf, gestaltete sich schwierig, bis wir an der Trstena-Bucht ( mit schöner kleiner Bar und Dusche) unseren Lieblingsstrand fanden.

Erholung PUR

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in der Villa Katia genießen dürfen. In der Unterkunft mangelt es an nichts und es war alles wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben auch die Abende in dem Örtchen Pucisca sehr genossen wenn man in der Konobas oder Caffee-Bars am Hafen gesessen hat. Auch die Reisezeit September war (zumindest für uns) optimal, denn dadurch war es nicht nur in Pucisca sondern auf der ganzen Insel nicht so überlaufen. Jederzeit gerne wieder und auch ein Dank an Davor und Tonci, es war alles hervorragend!

Beautiful Croatia

Excellent property. We had a lovely week in this beautiful location on Brac. Well worth the effort getting there. The house was spotless and comfortable. The view from the terrace amazing morning and evening. Lovely helpful welcome from the family. Car essential - access is a little challenging but this fantastic property makes it all worthwhile.

Gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaar.

Een hele vriendelijke eigenaar die zijn prachtige familiehuis beschikbaar stelt. Rustig tussen olijfbomen gelegen op een heuvel met zeezicht. Fijne BBQ plaats, ommuurde tuin voor onze hond en volop schaduw in juli. Een heerlijk huis om tot rust te komen, met de zee op 20 minuten loopafstand. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!
