Fully fitted kitchen (no D/W or W/M) including F/F, built under electric single oven with gas hob, 1/1.2 bowel sink.

The lounge sofa bed converts into a double bed, there is a wall mounted plasma 32" TV for your viewing entertainment

Electric radiators are used for the central heating of the building, all electricity and gas bills are included.

Gute Basis für Ausflüge

Die Unterkunft eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Mit vier erwachsenen Personen ist sie voll besetzt, mit weniger Personen ist es bequemer. Größerer Supermarkt in etwa 1 km Entfernung. 1 Std mit ÖPNV in die City. Nächste Bushaltestelle ist "Levett Gardens", die wochentags etwa alle 10 min bedient wird.

Sauber, freundliche aber etwas minimalistisch

Die kleine Wohnung ist sauber und die Kommunikation war sehr, sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung war immer schön warm und besitzt den klassischen englischen Charme. Ich war mit 2 Teenagern dort und es war mit 3 Leuten schon ziemlich kuschelig. Leider ist die Straße vor der Wohnung auch nachts sehr stark befahren, so dass es nachts sehr laut ist und im Erdgeschoss gibt es leider keine Verdunklung. Daher ist es durch die Straßenbeleuchtung sehr hell und unangenehm für diejenigen, die auf der Couch schlafen. Zumal die Couch direkt vor der Eingangstür steht, die seitlich 2 durchgehende Milchglasscheiben hat. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist im Bereich der Küche etwas minimalistisch und das Besteck dürfte mal ausgetauscht werden. Allerdings kann man für den Preis vielleicht auch nicht mehr erwarten. Für die Fahrt nach London braucht man eine gute Stunde bis 1 1/4. Fazit - für 2 Personen, ohne Ambitionen zum Kochen, eine süße und saubere Wohnung mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und unglaublich netten Vermietern. Ab 3 Personen lässt der Komfort und die Schlafmenge jedoch leider deutlich nach. Daher auch nur 3 Sterne - sorry!

Sorry you found some things were not t your liking, this is the lowest score we have had for all the six years trading. Just to add that our neighbour has told us that your children were running along her party wall and making very loud noise late in the evening.

Fenomenal!

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, sin sorpresas, es muy cómodo, hemos estado 4 días y todo muy bien, Dave es muy amable y servicial, y resolvió a través de esta aplicación todas mis dudas rápidamente, hay una parada de autobús prácticamente en la puerta.

Jederzeit einen Aufenthalt wert

Für unseren Aufenthalt in London haben wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden, und: jede Minute genossen! Warum? Es ist einfach erklärt: - Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Außerdem wird man jeden Morgen vor der Haustüre von einer süßen und sehr verschmusten Katze begrüßt - Obwohl etwas außerhalb gelegen, ist es ein idealer Standort für Touren nach London - Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, gut eingerichtet, vollkommend außreichend in der Größe und lädt zum Verweilen ein - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein kleiner Reisetipp: Ideal kommt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dort hin, wenn man über Barking Station fährt, dann den Bus EL3 Richtung ‚Little Heath‘ nimmt und ‚Levett Gardens‘ aussteigt. Dann noch gute 100 Meter in die Fahrtrichtung des Busses laufen und man ist da.

I am so glad that Christian and his wife enjoyed there stay with us. They traveled every day to London on a variety of adventure that they had on there list, so gave our local transport a good run for the money!

Guter Startpunkt für einen Citytrip.

Die Wohnung liegt etwa 30 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Zentrum von London entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bietet seine Hilfe für Planungen an. Einzig die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ist das Appartment mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Zu empfehlen ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen Personen.

Ich finde den Kommentar von Sauberkeit etwas seltsam, da die Wohnung professionell gereinigt und inspiziert wurde. Ich würde gerne im Detail wissen, was dieser Gast dort zu beeinflussen hat kommentieren, denn wir hatten schon immer 5 Sterne besonders in Bezug auf Sauberkeit?

Sorry to here that they found the sofa bed not the best, we have had no complaints before? We have now added a Microwave combo oven in the kitchen for the convenience for our guest's.
