Dear Freya, We have been renting this Villa for a year through different Web Sites and I promise is the first complaining atall we have! You can have a look to other Webs and see we have the best rates. We know you had very bad luck with the weather and that makes the holidays very uncomfortable. We never said pool was heated, an no-one at the moment has asked- We did answer every message you send. We do not have heated pool at the Canary Islands. About Wifi, it´s what we´ve got at Corralejo. NOt a fast one. But you had Wifi. Maybe you couldn´t download and so. We are trying to talk to different companies and see if we can have a faster one. But also, never had complainings at all with Wifi! It´s not truth the Villa was tired and dirty. We made check in with you and you could see the conditions of the Villa. Alma, form our staff, showed you the whole Villa and everything was perfect. NOt very fair from you to say this. It´s a partuculary point of view if you don´t like Corralejo beach! All the other things you mention, never said a word in all the messages you did send our colleague Alma. You have even asked for your deposit money when you knew we didn´t charge any deposit money at all. I don´t know exactly what you want with this review. We are very sorry your holidays were not as expected, but very disappointed as we always try to make our guests a great stay and it was very difficult to make your stay nice. It´s a pitty you didn´t like the house, the beach, the area... and maybe even the island!
