Great apartment and location

Great apartment and location. The apartment is spacious and clean, the loveliest feature being the wonderful terrace, where we enjoyed many sunsets. Maribel is a lovely host and did everything to make our stay most enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment, also as Nerja is a perfect city to explore Andalusia as well as hang out at wonderful beaches. Melanie.

Best value for your money!

It was very clean. Enough space to fit a family of 5. It’s child friendly. They have provided books and toys for the kids in the apartment. You have a terras with a beautiful view. The owner and Spainsunrentals were very kind, helpful and did a great job to make us fill at home. They were available 24/7 for questions. Responded quickly. It is located perfectly. Most of the important places are at walking distance. In Nerja you have a lot of parking garages if you want to go downtown by car. I would definitely come back to this apartment.

Outside influences.

The apartment is in a residential block that is within easy walking distance of just about anything and everything. It is clean and well stocked. Our host Maribel was very good she made sure we were orientated and knew how everything worked. Any queries to Maribel were dealt with immediately. On arrival Maribel told us that we could not use the BBQ as they had now been banned by the residents because of smoke and smell.. A bit of a disappointment as we could see us sat out in the courtyard with the BBQ sizzling. When we inquired about the loud mechanical noise in the building we were told that it was the waterpump, it needed replacing. Maribel has arranged for a residents meeting and hopes to sort the problem shortly. It certainly impacted on our sleep. We were here off season so thought parking would be OK. You have to park in the street and we spent on average about 20 to 30 minutes each time driving round looking for a parking space within a reasonable distance. My car was scraped twice whilst parked. Things under Maribels control were done very well, but parking and the waterpump noise were an issue for us.

Maribel es una anfitriona atenta y organizada, nos ayudo con la llegada y nos indicó las mejores zonas para visitar tanto playas como bares y acertó a la perfección. La casa está situada en buena zona, en 10 min llegas a cualquier lado, con aparcamientos cercanos (Por la zona o sino a 4 min andando se sitúa un descampado donde poder dejarlo), con una buena terracita y un buen salón para disfrutar con tus amigos/familia. Sin duda repetiremos con Spain Sun Rentals.

Precioso, limpio y cómodo apartamento con encanto

La brisa, la montaña, la limpieza, la atención de la Agencia como anfitriones de vacaciones: comidas, deportes, cultura… Un problema los gatos. No pudimos usar el patio y todos los días había que echarlos. Se traen comida que les dan y dejan los huesos y los restos allí. Una pena. Están acostumbrados a las personas y es difícil asustarlos.

Traditional Nerja apartment in great location.

Love the mountain view from raised, covered terrace, huge comfy double bed. Very well equipped kitchen with new fridge freezer. Nice new shower with rain head and directable outlet. Plenty of space. Location - quiet but central, close to bus station, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Smart TV. Very helpful Seating in lounge. (But that’s being picky!)

Excellently placed comfortable apartment.

Like the location - central yet quiet Love the mountain view from terrace Enjoyed the very comfortable, huge double bed. Like the very well equipped kitchen with easy to use washing machine and dishwasher, oven etc. ideal for longer stay. Appreciated the smart TV. Really appreciated prompt and friendly service. Hot water a bit temperamental - runs hot, Get in shower, water goes cold. Impossible to have hot bath of any more than few inches deep. Shower fitting fixing shower above head broken. Had to use hand held shower.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y hemos disfrutado mucho de estos días!

La casa es como se describe. Acogedora y muy bien equipada, en un vecindario tranquilo. La playa y el centro no están demasiado lejos y se llega bien a cualquier lugar dando un paseo. Además Maribel es una anfitriona muy amable y atenta que está pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites. Un alojamiento muy recomendable, en resumen.

Tillbringade en mycket varm junivecka i boendet. Bra ventilation.Nära bussstation och mataffär, kort bit att gå till Europabalkongen och centrum med resturanger och shopping.Värdinnan mycket hjälpsam och snabb att kommunicera med via social media. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable

Maribel made us feel incredibly welcome! This was our first trip to Spain. We don't speak the language, and we had no idea where we were going or what we should do when we got there. She was so responsive before and during the trip. She even saved us a parking space while she waited for us to arrive! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked beautifully and was a real comfort after long days on the beach. The places Maribel recommended were wonderful, and she was even kind enough to immediately answer questions that came up during the week! The neighborhood was convenient and VERY quiet. We felt safe at all times. It was also an easy walk to the city center and a quick 10-minute walk to Burriana Beach! It's even on the same block as the bus stop. Don't rent a car! Huge waste of money because everything is within walking distance, and you'll never want to leave this beautiful little town. If you do choose to leave, you can take the Alsa bus from Malaga to Nerja for < 5 Euros, then take it back to Malaga to pick up another inexpensive bus to any number of places!

The apartment was perfect for us

Our family of four stayed at Maribel's apartment for four nights during the Christmas holiday. The apartment was perfect for us. It was very close to everything. There was a market across the street and the city center was a few minutes walk. We had a car and there was free parking near the apartment. The apartment was so comfortable and well furnished. Since we were there for Christmas Eve and morning, Maribel even had a Christmas tree set up for us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the charming city of Nerja.We appreciated everything you did to make our visit as perfect as it was!

I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Maribel is wonderful - she met us at the apartment and went through how things worked, there was a file packed with things to do and her restaurant recommendations were fantastic. She has taken a huge amount of trouble over providing things like games, books to borrow, movies and things for the kids to play with. The apartment was perfect for us, clean,spacious, comfortable and a nice stroll to the beach. It's in a safe, residential area and there are views from the balcony of the mountains. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location, great place, great landlady

It is a beautiful apartment: fully equipped, centrally located, very quiet! It is spacious, very clean and has a beautiful view. It is just perfect for families with little children. We stayed there with our 2 daughters: 7-year old and 2-year old during 11 nights. The landlady is very nice and easily available for any questions. We had a wonderful vacation there, muchas gracias Maribel! Kind regards from Germany.

I would recommend staying there

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren über Ostern für 11 Tage in Nerja. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen großzügig eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral, um zu Fuß Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Sie ist etwas hellhörig, was sicher an der spanischen Bauweise liegt. Terassenausblick geht direkt in die Berge, sehr schön. Besonders herausragend st die freundliche und überaus hilfsbereite Verieterin Maribel. Sie gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und unterstützt bei allen Anfragen. Super Betreuung.

Rymlig lägenhet med bra läge

En rymlig och trevlig lägenhet med bra och lugnt läge. Busstationen ligger någon minut ifrån, livsmedelsaffärerna ligger nära, och gamla stan likaså. Restauranger finns "överallt". Bra utgångsläge för den som tycker om att gå och vandra eller gå i staden. Balkongen och badstränderna ligger en dryg kvarts promenad ifrån. Fantastisk utsikt över bergen. När vi var där i månadsskiftet januari-februari nådde solen inte in på altanen, kanske skulle sista stjärnan vara lite naggad. Lägenheten var ren och hade rejäla garderober och byråar. AC och värme finns. Köket var stort och välutrustat. Som svensk bör man ta med osthyvel. Köksknivarna var, som vanligt i Spanien?, inte så skarpa, men det har vi sagt till om. Om man inte vill äta hemma finns det många matställen. Det är bara att prova sig fram, gärna på de ställen som ligger "utanför" det mesta turistområdet. Försök se om det är mycket lokalbefolkning där, det brukar vara en bra regel. Vi kommer att åka till Nerja igen, och gärna till denna lägenhet. Perfekt för fyra, men ända upp till sex personer kan bo där. (Det finns två toaletter men bara en dusch).

Perfect Apartment....... ;-)

Hey Maribel Danke das du uns so einen schönen Aufenthalt und vor allem Urlaub ermöglicht hast.... Das Apartment mit einem Wort ......"Perfekt "..... super sauber, viel Platz , schön eingerichtet und sehr nah zum Stadtkern Nerja. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen....Supermarkt in der Nähe.....Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus..... Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon / Terasse.... Vor allem sehr nette Vermieterin , guter und schneller Kontakt....total problemlos... Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel immer wieder gerne.... Danke ( gracias / Thank you ).... Maribel See you next time Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.....
