Have stayed in this property many times now - its location is perfect, quiet yet within easy walking distance of both Burriana beach and the town centre and the bus station. We will be back next year

Had a great stay at Paul’s house, house was clean and in a great location with the bars and restaurants just a short walk away.We have stayed in Nerja before so we know the area quite well, would stay at Paul’s place again.

The townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. A clean and spacious apartment in a great location, leading straight out to the pool and with plenty of outdoor space, central for exploring all parts of Nerja. With both front and back terraces, you could enjoy peace and quiet overlooking the pool or the buzz of the town looking out onto the streets below. 5 Stars

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage, fussläufig zu den Stränden und zu Nerja. Würden wir sofort wieder mieten. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem. Paul und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche, freundliche Gastgeber.

Fantastic Townhouse

This is a beautiful townhouse situated in the perfect location, a short distance from the town centre on one side and the fabulous Burriana Beach on the other. The property is very well maitained with modern decor throughout and all the mod cons you could possibly need for a great holiday. It is a lovely little complex with a great pool a few steps from 1 of the 3 terraces and is very quiet and private despite being in such a central location. Paul was excellent to deal with throughout the booking process and also has the benefit of a very helpful mgmt company next door should you need anything during your stay. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again for our next trip to Nerja.

Perfect Location in Nerja

My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were exactly as described helping make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet condominium complex and its proximity to beaches, cafes, and restaurants. The location is fantastic. Paul was quick to respond to our inquiries. He arranged for airport transfers which was very helpful. These little things make a trip far less stressful and we were grateful for the assistance. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were delighted by the number of balconies allowing us to choose shade or sunshine and different views of Nerja. We had a fabulous time in Nerja and this property was part of the experience.

Wonderful break from British winter

The property and area are exactly as described. Easy access to shops and restaurants and also to the town centre. We got the bus and stayed a couple of nights in Malaga. We were lucky with the weather. It was like you would hope a perfect British summer would be. The Nerja caves are spectacular. From a personal point of view the walk down to the beach is quite steep, OK on the way down but quite hard work for me on the way up. Fine for younger fitter people, I have a few health problems. Over all an excellent 3 week stay away from February in the U.K.

Definitely Recommended

Apartment had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to bed linen. We love this part of Nerja anyway but great location and whoever designed and built these apartments got it right. Terraces to suit any time of day and a spacious interior. Thanks to Paul for booking our transfers. Nexo were excellent.

Lovely property

Check in was easy. Just collected keys from the hotel and of we went.. The community is quiet and well kept. The location is spot on. Its set between Burriana beach or just a short walk into the town.. The pool was well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with a few condiments. The lounge is comfortable with English tv channels and good air con.. Upstairs, the main bedroom is lovely, probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on whilst on holiday. Air con was a bit noisy but other than that, I really cant fault it. The terraces are lovely with comfortable beds.. The house is clearly used by the owners as it is a lovely home from home property..

Great house in handy location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely short walk to the beach and easy to stroll into the town. Well equipped kitchen which was great for me as I like to cook on a few nights and try out the local ingredients. Great having a choice of terraces. The host Paul was very approachable and helpful. We would love to return sometime.

We've been going to nerja for 10 consecutive years have stayed in all sorts of apartments but feel this one topped all of them, the position is brilliant the complex is lovely with a decent pool, and the apartment having 3 balconies was excellent, communication with Paul the owner was great too, if we go back to nerja, then his place will be the first one we look at

Excellent Stay!

We had a great holiday. Couldn't fault the house, it was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we required as a family. Also the communication from the property owner was great and he was so helpful and hospitable, which always makes things so much so much nicer for your holiday. Including, he organised our transfers from the airport to the property including providing our keys and when you are travelling with young children this makes life much easier. It is a great location to access the main beach and the town. I couldn't recommend this place enough, we hope to go back next year!
