Had a great stay at Paul’s house, house was clean and in a great location with the bars and restaurants just a short walk away.We have stayed in Nerja before so we know the area quite well, would stay at Paul’s place again.

The property is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to town centre and beaches and perfect for non drivers. Well appointed with good outside spaces and pool.

The townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. A clean and spacious apartment in a great location, leading straight out to the pool and with plenty of outdoor space, central for exploring all parts of Nerja. With both front and back terraces, you could enjoy peace and quiet overlooking the pool or the buzz of the town looking out onto the streets below. 5 Stars

Lovely holiday

Like a home from home with everything you'd require. Fantastic location so no car required. Love Nerja and this property just enhanced our holiday experience. Look forward to staying there again in the not to distant future.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely property in a fabulous location with 3 terraces perfect for different times of the day. Views of the mountains and the sea from one side of the property with the other side overlooking the pool and gardens. A quiet, relaxing location within a few minutes walk of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. Highly recommended

Great house in handy location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely short walk to the beach and easy to stroll into the town. Well equipped kitchen which was great for me as I like to cook on a few nights and try out the local ingredients. Great having a choice of terraces. The host Paul was very approachable and helpful. We would love to return sometime.

Fabulous for families

We had a perfect week here. Close to the beach, easy walk to the old town, bodega right around the corner. Neighbors are lovely and friendly. The property is beautiful and full of light.

My wife and I stopped in this lovely property .Its location is perfect being equidistant from the town and Burrisna beach.Numerous restaurants and bars nearby.The complex is quiet and over the month we stayed other guests all respectful.The host was perfect accessible and the agents looking after the property are only next door.We would highly recommend this property

Definitely Recommended

Apartment had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to bed linen. We love this part of Nerja anyway but great location and whoever designed and built these apartments got it right. Terraces to suit any time of day and a spacious interior. Thanks to Paul for booking our transfers. Nexo were excellent.

Excellent Stay!

We had a great holiday. Couldn't fault the house, it was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we required as a family. Also the communication from the property owner was great and he was so helpful and hospitable, which always makes things so much so much nicer for your holiday. Including, he organised our transfers from the airport to the property including providing our keys and when you are travelling with young children this makes life much easier. It is a great location to access the main beach and the town. I couldn't recommend this place enough, we hope to go back next year!

We've been going to nerja for 10 consecutive years have stayed in all sorts of apartments but feel this one topped all of them, the position is brilliant the complex is lovely with a decent pool, and the apartment having 3 balconies was excellent, communication with Paul the owner was great too, if we go back to nerja, then his place will be the first one we look at

Fantastic Townhouse

This is a beautiful townhouse situated in the perfect location, a short distance from the town centre on one side and the fabulous Burriana Beach on the other. The property is very well maitained with modern decor throughout and all the mod cons you could possibly need for a great holiday. It is a lovely little complex with a great pool a few steps from 1 of the 3 terraces and is very quiet and private despite being in such a central location. Paul was excellent to deal with throughout the booking process and also has the benefit of a very helpful mgmt company next door should you need anything during your stay. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again for our next trip to Nerja.

Winter 2023

My wife and I stayed at this property for 7 weeks during winter and spring 2023. I really can’t say enough good things about this property. Everything is just as shown in the listing and the kitchen was particularly well stocked. The roof decks are fantastic. The owner, Paul was very easy to contact and helpful with a couple of minor issues. Location is great only a short walk into the centre of town. The only negative is that there are a lot of stairs so this place would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues .
