Spinney View is part of a converted barn in the village of Cockshutt in Shropshire. It provides six bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite, a king-size zip/link and a twin room, as well as a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to six people. Inside you can also find its open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the exterior there is plenty of off road parking and a lawned garden. Spinney View is a beautifully finished cottage perfect for groups of six seeking a getaway. Sorry no pets.
Amenities: Electric underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Lawn garden. No smoking, no pets. Shop 4 miles, pub 15 minute walk. Note: There is a large, unfenced pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small fish pond close by with Roach and guests are welcome to fish free of charge. Suitable for golf breaks, escorted with or without transport. Local advice is available. Note: Extra occupancy during the day is by prior permission
