We loved this house

We loved this house. The house has lots of space inside and the location is perfect, just a very short walk to the central square. Very well equipped for the number of guests. The host was very responsive throughout our stay The pool area is small which is to be expected from a town house but this does mean that it’s difficult for a large party to all sit outside at the same time. This didn’t bother us as the dinning room inside the house is huge. In our view the house is less suitable for families with very young childrenelderly people due to a number of small steps between rooms and in the centre of the living room. There is parking for 1 car in a shared garage at the house but be warned that the roads in Pollenca are very narrow! Would highly recommend

The property was beyond our expectations . Beautiful simplicity .It was a perfect retreat to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family . The location was central with everything within walking distance . We visited the beach twice in our 10 day stay but found we preferred staying at the Villa or just taking in the beautiful old town of Pollensa .

We were a group of friends staying at Pep’s place for four nights. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and bbq area is well equipped. The rooms are all very nice with large comfy beds and air conditioning. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Expensive for what you get

Location in town center is great and the villa looks beautiful, but we found it much too expensive for what you get: A tiny coffeemachine that takes ages to produce coffee, no basics such as salt, pepper, oil, too little tolietpaper, and one bedroom airco that was not working properly (with 40 degrees plus that was unbearable). For 1100 per week (!) one really expects all to be in perfect order which wasn't the case.

We look forward to coming back!

The pool and terrace are the centre of all the activities, the barbecue is perfect for a quiet evening. The bedrooms are great and we loved that some had en suite bathrooms. Also, having a private garage and space for bicycles was ideal for our excursions around the area. .... We will definitely be back next year 😊

Ein tolles Stadthaus

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter neben dem Ortskern und ist sehr schön. Schlafzimmer, Betten, Bäder und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Daneben ein sehr schöner Speisesaal. Der Pool ist für ein Stadthaus ausreichend. Nur der Sitzplatz im Hof ist für die Größe des Hauses zu klein. Allerdings ist auch einfach nicht mehr Platz da. Ein ganz tolles Haus. Als nach einem Unwetter die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist, kam sofort jemand und hat das in Ordnung gebracht. Und Pollença ist sicher einer der schönsten Orte der Insel.

Beautiful townhouse direct in the old town of Pollensa,

close to multiple restaurants. We visited the property as 3 families of 4 (all with kids under 5) and it was perfect. Great communication, all in all a very helpful and responsive host and excellent property.

Excellent location, great villa

We have stayed in this villa twice this summer, with friends and with family. Cannot fault it. Everything works, the owners respond to requests quickly, the location is brilliant, 2 min walk to the square. Things to be aware of; there isn't much room around the pool (it's a townhouse), we had 9 each time and just enough room around the table outside to eat; one of the en-suites is tiny, but functional enough; there are hairdryers in each bathroom and vanity mirrors; fully equipped kitchen with a small number of dishwasher tablets provided. I would recommend this villa very highly.

I can highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a convenient base in which to explore the area from. Excellent set up for cycling which is what we were there to do. The accommodation is stunning with all the amenities you could wish for and finished to a very high standard. I didn’t want to leave.
