The representative, traditional villa is located in the very exclusive district of Cielo de Bonaire on the La Victoria peninsula near Alcudia. The spacious newly created lounge and pool area - with internet - is surrounded by palm trees, lush blooming bougainville, oleanders and invites you to relax, swim and sunbathe; direct sea view here too. The pool is heated. Due to the hillside location you can enjoy a unique sea view from almost every point of the house. The beautiful sunsets and the sparkling lights of the bay of Pollenca and Formentor are impressive. The various outdoor areas (terraces, veranda, pool area, pool lounge area) offer a pleasant environment for larger families and groups of friends. An ideal retreat to relax and enjoy.

The upper floor has a very large terrace (outdoor dining area for 8 people and grill, covered) with unrestricted, fantastic sea views.
The spacious living room leads directly to the sun terrace. The separate dining room has 8-10 seats.
The new kitchen is very well equipped and has a wine fridge.
The master bedroom (double bed) on the mezzanine with its own balcony also has a full sea view. The new bathroom ensuite has a shower, bidet and 2 sinks. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor have a separate veranda with a great sea view. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds (window to the sea) upstairs and a guest toilet.
A table tennis table is located on a side veranda next to the garage.

The villa is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, marina, 2 restaurants, a chill-out bar and a small supermarket.
The sandy beaches Sant Pere and Sant Joan of Mal Pas with sun beds and bar are about 2 km away and can be reached in 4 minutes by car. The beach restaurant S'Illot is also only 2 km away and offers a special atmosphere (view of Formentor).
The old town of Alcudia with its historic city wall, many shops, restaurants and supermarkets is an 8-minute drive (5 km) away.
Port d'Alcudia with its large fine sandy beaches is 6 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The old town of Pollenca as well as the bay and beaches of Port de Pollença are approx. 10-15 km away.

Amazing villa with a breathtakingly spectacular view. Accommodation well appointed and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. The pool, views and sunsets were outstanding. Already looking forward to booking again! It is conveniently located close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Thomas was very helpful with directions, queries and very hospitable during our stay. A stay in this villa is highly recommended.

Heerlijk, heerlijk, heerlijk!

Een zalig huis met een fantastischg uitzicht. Centraal gelegen, 20 min. met de auto naar Pollenca, 10 min. naar Alcudia en de grote supermarkt in 5 minuten. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien; 3 luxe badkamers en met gemak slaapt het huis 8 mensen. Ook buiten genoeg ligbedden en veel parasols. Boven op het terras een goede BBQ. Huis kan op alarm. Gedurende ons verblijf van 2 weken kwam 1x de werkster en 3 maal de tuinman/pooldoctor. Eeen heerlijk verblijf!

Tolle Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem Villen-Wohnort in der Nähe Alcudias. Die schöne Altstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sind wegen der guten Anbindung schnell mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Wir waren als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern dort und alle waren begeistert. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist groß und wie die Terrasse mit schönen und modernen Außenmöbeln ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer des Hauses sind liebevoll gestaltet, mit schönen Möbeln, Stoffen und Bildern. Die Bäder sind bis auf eines neu und mit hochwertigen Armaturen ausgestattet. Die ganze Villa ist stimmig und hat "eine Seele". Das Beste überhaupt ist die Aussicht, die man von allen Ebenen hat. Ein herrlicher Blick auf Gärten und parkähnliches Grün in der Nähe, dann das Meer und die Bucht von Pollenca bis zu den Gebirgszügen des Tramuntanagebirges und dessen Ausläufer die Halbinsel Formentor in der Ferne. Traumhaft!!!! Die Übernahme bei der Ankunft und die Übergabe bei der Abreise sind einfach und gut geregelt, ebenso die Zwischenreinigung, Wäschewechsel, Poolreinigung und Gärtnerarbeiten. Es wurde alles bestens erledigt. Beispielhaft war auch die Betreuung durch Herrn Ehren, der sich telefonisch nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigte. Der Urlaub war für uns alle wunderschön und wir kommen gerne wieder in die Villa "Alma del Mar".

Rundum sorglos Urlaub gewünscht? Hier buchen!

Wir durften in dieser Villa drei wundervolle Wochen, als Familie, verbringen. Im Sommer 2016 planten wir unsere gemeinsame Reise mit 7 Erwachsenen und ein Kind. Bereits ab der ersten Kontaktaufnahme fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut und diese außerordentlich gute Betreuung zog sich wie ein Faden bis zum Schluss hindurch. Die Villa und alles was dazu gehört (wie z.B. Garten, Liegen, Grill, Stühle etc.) sind in einem gepflegten Zustand. Alles war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, nur eines nicht: Die ruhige Lage, die Privatsphäre, der wunderschöne Ausblick und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge waren besser und schöner. ;o) Im Umkreis von 3 bis 10 Auto-Minuten ist alles erreichbar was man brauch.....Restaurants, Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, Strände usw. Wer gerne joggt, wandert oder Rad fährt findet hier perfekte Wege und Straßen mit einem einzigartigen Panorama. Würden wir diese Villa weiterempfehlen? Ja, auf jeden Fall!!! Beste Grüße aus Osnabrück

Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz und jeglichen Komfort. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind phantastisch und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden durch die Vermieterfamilie sehr gut und auf eine persönliche Art und Weise über die Details informiert. Diese Adresse können wir nur empfehlen.

We had a great time at this wonderful villa. The view is simply stunning. The villa is spacious and provides all comfort. The pool and the garden are kept in perfect condition. We can't imagine a better place to relax and get away from it all. Our children loved that place!

Perfect stay

We were 6 members of my family who stayed in the house for a week during september 2016, to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. It exceeded our expectations. Nice, clean rooms and bathrooms, all amenities you may need, stunning views and beautiful garden with a nice pool. You can take a walk down to the sea and there are some beautiful spots for taking a swim close by. I would recommend a rental car if you want to reach the bigger beaches or other popular sights on the island... Or perhaps rent a bicycle if you prefere the exercise (easy to find bike rentals in Alcudia).The correspondence with Thomas, the house-owner, was smooth and problem free. We would´nt hesitate to return and I can warmly recommend a stay in the villa to anyone planning a vacation on Mallorca. /Mattias from Sweden

Traumurlaub vom Feinsten .......Sommer 2016

Diese Villa und der Meerblick ist wirklich einfach " Top". Eine vollausgestattete Küche, alles ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Villa mit wunderschönem und gepflegtem Garten, grossem Pool bietet viel Platz für Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung für gross und klein. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man diverse feine Restaurants, Shopping- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen und unterstreichen auch die persönliche sehr gute Betreuung des Besitzers. Beste Grüsse von Familie aus der Schweiz

Ferien wie im Paradies

Die Lage der Villa ist ausgezeichnet. Schöne Aussicht, ruhig, selbst bei grosser Hitze immer winddurchflutet, wunderbarer Pool und unbeschreiblich schöne Sonnenuntergänge, die am besten von der grossen Terrasse aus zu geniessen sind. Einrichtung und Austattung sind perfekt. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieter geben sich persönlich grösste Mühe für einen perfekten Urlaub. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Preis-Leistungsverhälnis stimmt. Die Anlage ist grosszügig konzipiert, so dass es auch bei Vollbelegung nicht eng wird. Wer unkomplizierte Ferien auf angemessenem Niveau liebt, wird von Haus und Umgebung mit schönen Buchten und vielen guten Restaurants ebenso begeistert sein wie wir.

Fantastic property for families. Beautiful views!

Our family of four stayed at this fantastic property for two weeks and we absolutely loved it. The house was in pristine order, beautifully clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The Weber grill was the best for bbqs! Every bedroom has sea views and all terraces too--even the pool. Thomas was extremely service-oriented and followed up with us at various points to ensure we had a great stay--which we unquestionably had! We look forward to coming back to this house annually for many years to come.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

We stayed in this villa in May 2015 with 4 adults and 3 children. We could not have wished for anything more. The villa is spacious, very well equipped, clean and in a nice residential area. The views from the terrace are stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures. The owner, Thomas, is very kind and helpful. We hope to return soon and can definitely recommend staying here!
