タオルミーナと海の近くにある歴史的なカントリーハウス。 エトナ山の素晴らしい景色

Thank you for this wonderful review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed our beautiful grounds. As noted, our peaceful location is best enjoyed with a car, making it the perfect base to reach Taormina in just 20 minutes. We are also glad that our team and local drivers could provide great support during the airport closure. We always strive to ensure a seamless stay for our guests! It was a pleasure hosting you, and you are welcome back anytime. Best regards Valeria

Dear Tom, thank you for such a poetic review! We are deeply touched that our Country House left you with unforgettable memories, from its rich history to your early morning swims looking up at Mt. Etna. Regarding the drive, our panoramic hillside roads can feel adventurous at first, but as you beautifully noted, they perfectly prepare drivers for the unique, scenic roads of Taormina and Giardini Naxos. It was a true privilege hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to our timeless corner of Sicily. Grazie mille! Best regards Valeria

Thank you Jim, for your sincere review. It was a real pleasure for me, my family, and Alessio to host all of you. Knowing that you enjoyed a peaceful stay makes us proud, as the well-being of our guests is very important to us.

Dear Michael, thank you for the fantastic 10/10 rating! We are so glad our villa was perfect for your group and that you loved the Etna view from the deck. Thank you for the laugh about our early-bird dove—we'll see if we can get them to sleep in next time! It was a true pleasure hosting you, and you are welcome back anytime.

Dear Reginald, thank you so much for this incredible review! We are absolutely delighted that you had such a fantastic time exploring Taormina, Etna, and the local beaches. Sarah and her cooking team were thrilled to prepare those authentic Sicilian meals for you, and Alessio was more than happy to help with the Padel booking! Your morning routine of Padel and pistachio cornettos at Augusto's sounds absolutely perfect. Don't worry at all about the pool – next time, we will make sure it’s ready for your early dips! It was a true pleasure hosting you all, and you are welcome back to our villa anytime. Safe travels!

Dear Elena it was a pleasure to have you and your group in our house. Come back when you want. Valeria

Dear Yuliya Thank you for your nice review! Best Regards Valeria

Dear James, thank you so much for such a remarkable and thoughtful review. We are delighted that despite the weather, you enjoyed exploring the region and that our villa felt like an authentic slice of Italy. Alessio, my sister Vittoria, and I are so grateful for your kind words about our hospitality and the gardens. Hosting guests like you is what makes being hosts so rewarding. We would love to welcome you back in the future for another special experience! Safe travels!

Hi Marc for us it is a pleasure to host people who appreciate nature and the simple but beautiful things! A family atmosphere where you can feel at home: this is what we try to offer all our guests. See you soon Valeria

Dear Anne Thank you for your careful review!! I am very happy that you and your family had nice time in my villa. I would just like to point out something very important to those who read that, since it is an ancient residence, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, including children and babies, as there are 5 bedrooms. In the house there are 4 working bathrooms that can comfortably serve for that maximum number of people. For this reason we do not accept requests for groups of more people.

Hi stine I am very pleased that you spent nice time in my property! Thank you very much for your review and see you soon Valeria

Dear Jessica I am very happy that you and your family had spent your week in my villa. As owner I can assure that you were great guests! thank you very much for your review and best wishes to the newlyweds! Valeria, Maria (the chief), Andrea

Dear Benjamin I reply to your review because what you have written is far from reality and there are points on where the exaggeration is evident. Infact there are 5 bedrooms, 4 of them are in the ground level and they have all their own entrance from the garden. The ground floor is not a basement and it is not true that in the 2 bathrooms there are no windows. It is true that there are not shower curtains but because they have the bathtub, which is very normal in Italy. The kitchen has been completely refurbished for a few years. Of course we provide wine glasses! We do not provide, by the way, tasting globlets - as you have required - since they are expensive and guests often break them and we want to avoid asking for reimbursement of damages. I believe that we provide an efficient and welcoming service, without impinging on the choices and privacy of our guests. We leave it to our kinder readers to form their own opinion on the plausibility of the more colorful allegations. I reply also because I want to advice future owners about your behaviour as guest. You have booked for 7 adults and one child. One month before your arrival you wrote to me that the children were 2 and you confirmed that you wanted 3 double bedrooms , 1 single bedroom and the two babies beds. When you arrived you told me there was an adult more. Then you told me that the babies were not 2 but 3! Moreover although I have repeatedly emailed you to let me know what time you would have arrived to arrange your check-in, you never gave me the answer, causing a serious discomfort to my mother (82 years old) who waited for you on Sunday (holiday day ) Until 6 pm. I had to engage someone who waited until you arrived at 10.30pm. You have been given a clean and fully functional house: you have broken the dishwasher, destroyed the marble table, spoiled the black table in the dining room and returned the house in dirt never seen since renting this home with Homeaway. We were really astonished with your attitude of lack of respect for the place that hosted you and for the people who worked there.

Dear Christine, thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing our villa for your 5-night stay! As the owner, I am absolutely delighted to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful seclusion of the property and our large pool. I will be sure to pass on your kind words to my assistant, Alessio. He always goes above and beyond to ensure our guests feel welcome and cared for. I truly appreciate your feedback regarding the terrace. The villa is surrounded by centuries-old, monumental trees that are protected and part of the property's historical heritage, so they cannot be cut down. However, we are extremely attentive to their care and management, and we are working to optimize their pruning to clear the view of Mt. Etna as much as possible and minimize the debris on the terrace.Just as a quick note for clarification, the villa is actually located within the official territory of Taormina, rather than Giardini Naxos. Because it is nestled in a more secluded, quiet hillside area to ensure maximum privacy, the drive to the historic town center and its main sights typically takes around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. We would love to welcome you back in the future to show you our improvements!Warm regards

Hi Luke, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're thrilled you loved the pool, the Mt Etna view, and our relaxed location near Taormina. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you're welcome back anytime!

Dear Peter thank you so much for your kind words! We are absolutely delighted that our property exceeded your expectations. My staff and I always strive to provide the best possible experience, and your recommendation means the world to us. You are welcome back to our house anytime!

Thank you for your nice review! we are very happy you spent nice time in our villa. We're also responding to this review to clarify that three of the four bathrooms actually have both a bathtub and a built-in shower. Regarding access, we're sorry you had difficulty finding the property, especially since we personally welcome our guests and provide them with all the necessary information. Furthermore, there's always someone waiting for you to check in, unlike many properties where guests are often left to their own devices.

Kære Stine tak for din anmeldelse!
