Lovely 3 bedroom house with all mods & cons great base to hit the local amenities of the surrounding area.. 2 minute walk from Charminster High Street, lots of vibrant bars & multi culture restaurants & 20 minutes walk from our 5 Star Golden Coast of Bournemouth beaches & town centre. Plenty of local transport 4 minutes away from the property,
The place is nicely decorated clean & vibrant, plenty of outside area for entertaining & barbecue
Strictly no crazy parties or anti Socail behaviour

Nestled in the heart of a Charminster. Our property promises an unforgettable getaway. Step inside and you'll find a cozy designed for your comfort and pleasure. The three bedrooms offer a haven, while the 1.5 well-appointed bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. But that's not all – our outdoor hot tub and sauna provide the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring the area. Whether you're unwinding under the stars in the hot tub or rejuvenating in the sauna, our holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal destination for your dream vacation.
This vibrant very bright property has lots of window light to let the sun shine through for your stay, with the every large high ceilings it helps to make the home feel more spacious
There is 3 bedrooms at this property all located on the first floor, the main bedroom has a king size bed there is also a single bed situated in the bedroom for the larger partied guests, opposite the main bedroom is the other 2 bedrooms these have bunk beds with a wardrobe in each room
The main bathroom is situated on the first floor contains of a bath and walk in shower area
Down stairs is the lounge area and kitchen dining room which leads out to the garden area here you'll find the hot tub and sauna facilities, There another w.c/utility area off the kitchen
All guests can use all parts of the home & garden area including rear & front garden space.
Hot tub & sauna available exclusive to this property only, Guest will have access to all parts of the home without interruption from other guests
Just remember to ask for the hot tub if you require this,it’s freshly set up just for you , this is £120 collectible on your arrival payable by cash or bacs
If your coming to the area and unfamiliar please contact us as we’re more than happy to give advice in where the best attractions are..!! We travelled most parts of the Jurassic Coast line and the secret lovely bays..!! Or if your wanting to relax in a nice restaurant we’re sure to give some great tips..!!
