In a beautiful spot overlooking the harbour. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. Some lovely pubs a short walk away.

fantastic location, but heavy footfall past the house, meaning garden is quite overlooked. Very comfortable property, welcome basket was a nice touch. due to unforeseen circumstances, the property hadn't been cleaned before we went in. Cleaners arrived shortly after we did and were very apologetic and got through as quickly as possible to a good standard. Despite staying in August the weather wasn't kind to us and a smart tv would've been a real bonus.

Delightful sun spot so close to the harbour and Poole Quay side. Equally close to the Dophin Centre. Clean and had everything we needed. The welcome treats were much appreciated.

Fantastic property, with fabulous views in a great location

Lovely house and garden in a fantastic location, near all amenities. A wide range of pubs and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Sadly beach is only good for swimming if you have 4 legs!!! A very generous hamper was much appreciated on our arrival. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location

The cottage is in the ideal location, right on the water and within minutes of the quayside where you can enjoy lunch and dinner if you don’t want to go further afield.Perfect for the dog with an enclosed garden and the sea to swim in and a lovely green area five minutes walk away.

Perfect Get Away

Had an amazing 3 night stay at this property which is situated overlooking sea and harbour and only a short stroll to the pubs and restaurants. Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived with a lovely welcome pack which was a very thoughtful touch, including milk and butter in the fridge. Property is very well kitted out and was very much like home to home. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Great seaside cottage

Lovely little seaside cottage right on the harbour. Close to Poole Quay, with restaurants, pubs and bars a plenty. Host was super helpful and checkin simple. Good parking for two cars. Even had a working little Webber bbq. Recommended.

Great location only 8 min stroll to Poole quay with pubs/restaurants. Cottage ideal for myself, my daughter and 2 dogs. Garden ideal for dogs. Great contact with owner. Would have liked a smart tv but apart from that was a lovely stay

Loved the cottage…perfect for our needs & such a great location. The views were great & it was an easy walk for coffee out & meals. We booked an extra night whilst there…Andy was a brilliant communicator.

I live on the outskirts of London with my wife and dog and have been lucky enough to travel up and down to Poole since i was a young lad with my family, and now with my own family.

The location of this property cannot get much better if you want sea views and to have the option to just leave your car in the drive and walk around Poole and the local area.
We've been slowly upgrading the property over the past few years, and its really becoming what we've envisaged now. Those regulars who come back year on year have been making very positive comments. The bathroom was refurbished in 2014, and in May 2015 all carpets replaced, bedroom, lounge and dining room furniture replaced. An internal redecoration was also undertaken.
The Kitchen and dining room was all replaced in April 2016 with an external decoration undertaken also.
