Amazing location and home in the heart of Water Mill. 3 min from ocean beaches (Cooper's and Flying Point), 3 min from Southampton Village, 7 min from Shinnecock Golf Course, walking distance to Duck Walk Winery, Parrish Art Museum, and local farmstands. Close to the village, shopping, and Hamptons beaches, but when you walk through the door, you enter a true oasis away from it all.

5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Large, gated backyard with wisteria covered pergola overlooking a lush ~one acre lawn and a heated Gunite pool with waterfall, patio, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Since the property backs up to a farm, you get all the privacy and spectacular sunsets. Eat-in country kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances, wraparound front porch, bay windows throughout, multiple rooms for entertaining, and additional media room with wet bar. Two separate work from home stations with fast and reliable high speed wireless internet and wireless printer. Peloton bike available for use.

House equipped with central A/C, security system, garage, pool furniture and gate (if needed), washer/dryer, fireplace, and HDTV in all bedrooms. Smart TVs with Netflix, HBOMax, Amazon Video, Disney+, Hulu, etc... in all entertainment rooms. Towels / linens are provided.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location with the kindest hosts! We rented this house for 2 1/2 weeks in August for our family of four, plus our moms. It is a large, nicely decorated house with a huge yard and beautiful landscaping. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts were there to show us around. They're gems--it was a last-minute booking and they even agreed to change their schedules to accommodate us. We really felt like guests and not renters; and it was nice to work with homeowners rather than a generic company that just puts in a bunch of Ikea furniture and calls it a day. There are four bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a couple of twin beds in the basement (which our teen liked). Our children loved the pool, and there were lots of pool noodles in the garage for them to play with. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and eating on the back deck. The kitchen has everything you might need, and the air conditioning was really helpful on a couple of hot days. When we arrived I was a little worried because the house is close to Montauk Highway, but it ended up being quiet and very convenient! It is right on the western edge of Water Mill, less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Southampton and the ocean beaches, about 20-25 minutes to Sag Harbor, depending on traffic. My only caveat is that sound really carries in the house--people upstairs can hear very clearly what's being discussed on the first floor!

We are a family of 3 generations. The grounds of this house are gorgeous, as is the swimming pool. We couldn’t get the children out of the pool. The house itself is very spacious and well kept, and well stocked with anything you need in a kitchen.
