We originally booked the house for a 2-day volleyball tournament but due to the impending hurricane, it was cancelled. We ended up still going on the trip and having a fantastic time! Ellen was a gracious host checking in on us the perfect amount, the house fit 11 adults and 1 baby very comfortably. The house is very “vintage” beach. Quaint with lots of basics in the kitchen to sufficiently cook all your meals if needed. The location is prime! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. There was room for 3-4 cars in the driveway as well as metered and permitted parking on the street. We will definitely stay here again!
Great rental property
From the first contact with Linda (rental manager) to check-in with Ellen (owner), this was such an easy process. Both ladies were great to work with. The pictures on the web site show the property as is. No surprises at all. Great large space for families or friends. Looking forward to returning to Rehoboth and renting this house again.

The house is surprisingly large inside and pretty comfortable. The location is great as it's just a few minutes walk to the beach and to downtown. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed staying at this place!!

We had a lovely time in Rehoboth! This house was perfect--so clean, well equipped, fenced in backyard and so close to both the beach and downtown. We were there with young kids and they had a blast. The owner lives next door and was very attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!

Located in downtown Rehoboth Beach within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and shopping. A short drive from 3 Outlet Malls. Approx 5 miles from Lewes, Delaware, which has a 1 hour ferry ride to Cape May, NJ, 25 miles from Ocean City, Maryland.

Check in 2 pm, Check out 10 am. All Renters required to submit copy of drivers licenses prior to booking. Property not rented for "Senior Week" activities. Lawn and beach chairs beach toys available in crawl space accessible from lower level. Rehoboth has single stream recycle. All rinsed plastic items and all paper items should be placed in the recycle containers in back yard. (Blue containers with yellow lids). ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF FOOD DEBRIS. Food items and other trash should be placed in trash receptacles which are tan containers with blue lids. Vegetable and fruit debris may be placed in yard waste container if desired. Trash collection is Tuesday and Friday mornings. Renters are responsible for putting trash containers out the night before and returning them after collection the next day. Recycled items are collected each Friday, containers should be put out the night before and returned after collection. City government fines property owners for waste and recycle receptacles left out. Any fine will be deducted from renters damage deposit. Parking permits required in city limits. One permit provided with rental. Add'l permits may be purchased from the city parking dept. Permits not valid for metered spaces. Permits must be returned at check out failure to do so will result in cost of replacement being deducted from damage deposit. (approx $225 through Aug 1, 2017 and $115 after Aug 1, 2017). Renters are requested to remove sand using outdoor shower before entering units. PARKING: 54 SHOULD PARK PARALLEL TO 56 Olive Front Porch by facing lawn with 2 front wheels on lawn. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK GARAGE ACCESS AT ANY TIME WHEN PARKING VEHICLES. Outdoor grill is shared with 56-B Olive Avenue. Any problems or concerns should be brought to owner's attention as soon as possible.
