2階のコンドミニアムは、遊歩道からわずか数歩のところにあり、5つのユニットからなる小さなコンドミニアムです。 2つの指定された路上駐車スペースがあります。 ユニットにはオープンキッチンとリビングルームエリアがあります。 コンドミニアムの正面にあるダイニングルームには、海風を取り入れて海と遊歩道の景色を眺めることができるラップアラウンドスライダーがあります。 ユニットには、3つのベッドルームと2つのフルバス、クイーンエアマットレス付きの睡眠ソファがあります。 単位は約です。 1000平方フィートで、最大8人まで快適に収容できます。 後部階段もあり、砂を洗い流すための屋外シャワーもあります。 すべてのBRにテレビ、リビングルーム、WiFi、積み重ね式洗濯乾燥機、設備の整ったキッチンがあり、滞在を楽しむために必要なものがすべて揃っているはずです。

The condo was spacious, well appointed, clean, and in an excellent location from the beach and everything we wanted to do. Everything was labeled which I appreciated. The kitchen had everything one could need, and the living room furniture and beds were very comfortable for recovering from our race. Parking and condo entry were efficient. The host communicated well throughout the process. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect for iur needs. Very close to boardwalk and beach. There were some repairs needed on the sliding glass doors, but the apartment was functional and prime location. I would recommend it for a small family.

This home is in a great location. The beach is literally right out your door. It’s not overly big, but we had 7 adults and plenty of room, beds and couch were comfy, and was clean. The host was amazing! We had no issues. Would I stay again, 100 percent! We had a great time!!

Loved our beach weekend! The rental is much bigger than it appears in pictures and is nicely laid out. The location could not be better: you can leave your car and walk to everything in Rehoboth Beach. And it's super close to Henlopen Cape State Park for birding, biking and walking. Everything is as described in property description and host very accessible and helpful.

This condo is a great place to stay when visiting Rehoboth. It's spacious, clean, and has all the amenities necessary for a beach vacation. It's a few doors down from the boardwalk and in walking distance of all our favorite restaurants like Eden, Blue Moon, Cafe Azafran, and Back Porch. Dana, the host, is a pleasure to work with and is quick to respond to our questions and requests. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our family. On a quiet street, steps to the beach. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. The amenities were perfect! We will be renting this place again

Great location!

We came for the marathon and the location was perfect. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere all weekend. Even though the April weather was cool, the kids had a blast on the beach and they enjoyed the games supplied by the host. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

The condo was perfect in every way. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved being close to the beach and boardwalk and having a dedicated parking space. Dana was great at communication and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. We would love to return!
