Villa Georgios Rafaela est une impressionnante villa en pierre de plain-pied, située à Goudi, à quelques minutes en voiture de Polis ou Latchi, dans une orangeraie, avec un environnement incroyable et une jolie faune locale.

La propriété dispose d'un magnifique jardin avec des plantes et des herbes, une piscine accueillante avec des installations de restauration à proximité, aire de jeux pour enfants et il a été noté comme l'endroit idéal pour une famille ou une fête de 9 personnes qui souhaitent avoir un mémorable vacances dans une oasis privée avec paix et isolement.

Villa Georgios Rafaela est situé sur un seul niveau et il est accessible par une allée privée, qui rejoint la route du village avec son vaste et privé motifs isolés.

Disposition:

La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un espace spacieux et aéré, où un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine moderne sont bien équipés.

Un petit couloir rejoint les chambres. Sur le côté gauche se trouve un vestiaire moderne et une chambre double juste en face, avec une douche jacuzzi.

Ensuite, sur la droite, une grande chambre avec une salle de bains familiale adjacente, une autre chambre simple pour les adolescents qui cherchent leur propre intimité et à côté de la quatrième chambre, qui est une twin, partageant la salle de bains familiale.

À l'extrémité est la dernière mais non la moindre chambre des maîtres, avec une salle de douche bien conçue en-suite.

La villa est entièrement climatisée (une petite taxe d'utilisation doit être payée localement par unité et par jour), fournit toutes les installations pour un grand groupe et a été signalé exceptionnel pour son intimité, son emplacement, ses installations en plein air, sa paix et son isolement , non loin du centre du village de Goudi.

Great outside area and swimming pool area, bbq and entertainment area. Beds could do with a mattress topper, quite hard and some extra pillows! Location perfect near to the beach and surrounded by lots of walks and open countryside.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Georgios Rafaela, on arrive there was a welcome pack awaiting us and the villa and pool area was spotlessly clean. The villa was well presented and spot on as we expected. There was a slight issue on the second morning were there was no hot water. But after contacting the host via text this was rapidly sorted and no further problems occurred. Would certainly recommend this villa to friends and family

Great peaceful holiday for all family

Great villa. Peaceful surroundings with plenty of room for three generations. Pool excellent and we’ll maintained. Not yo far from local amenities especially in Polis 15 mins away. A/C needed in extreme heat was excellent and essential. Contact with owner very responsive throughout process from booking to leaving. Would go back but use Pafos rather than Larnaca. Great restaurant Stone Lion about 1 mile away run by Brit expat - huge portions!!

Family Celebration Holiday

Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. Our granddaughter loved the lizards around the ground. Even though the villa was cleaned after our first week I would have preferred supplies for us to clean ourselves if needed. ie: small vacuum, dustpan & brush? The only down side was that it was very difficult to find and was led there by a very kind neighbour. I add that it was in the dark after midnight? This should not put anyone off as once there it was a fantastic stay.

Outstanding Villa

Another fantastic holiday at this villa with the family it has everything you need private pool, bbq, plenty of sun beds and outdoor furniture to cater for our family of seven. Close to Polis and Latchi. We had a hire car and a quad bike for the whole of our two week stay. The Villa is well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, comfy beds and plenty of seating in the open plan living room. On arrival there was a a welcome pack in the fridge consisting of milk, bread, water, butter, jam, ham and cheese very much appreciated. We did have a problem with the pool area lights not coming on at night which was sorted immediately once reported. Excellent communication from Eos and the owner. This was our second visit to this Villa and hoping it wont be our last in the future.

A brilliant villa

We stumbled across this Villa when our first booking got cancelled we were really unsure what to expect. We arrived in the dark and knew that this villa was going to be lovely.The villa itself is massive and the room setup allows lots of different options depending on the size of your group. The real asset of this Villa is the outside space and remoteness.The outside area including the pool and the barbecue area are beautiful. We spent most of our time at the pool area enjoying the sunshine and the pool itself. The villa is in a very remote location which suited us perfectly that may not suit everybody.A car is vital as you do have to drive to get to most places. However, the drive into polis is over the five minutes and the drive to latchi is around 10 minutes.I would really recommend using Google maps to help find the villa as it is very difficult to locate the first time.The villa itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I would definitely book to stay here again.

Villa parfaite pour passer un bon moment entre amis

La villa est superbe, avec de beaux espaces et une superbe piscine (non chauffée). Elle est perdue au milieu d'orangers. Pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité, c'est le paradis. Il y a quand même quelques petits bémols : - Les literies sont assez vielles - Le système d'alimentation en eau marche moyennement - Il y a tout juste le minimum en équipement de cuisine Nous vous recommandons néanmoins vivement cette villa!

Sehr hübsches Anwesen

Sehr hübsch und sehr sauber mit einer Schönen Pool Anlage. Alles sehr gepflegt. Gute Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Nur die Zufahrt ist etwas schwierig, da der Weg übers Feld führt und nicht gepflastert ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort mieten.

We had a wonderful stay in Goudi.

We had a wonderful stay in Goudi. The villa is beautifully located between lots of orange trees. Its only a short drive to the beach or to the smaller nearby mountains. We stayed there together with another family and had lots of space - inside and also outside barbecuing on the patio. The accommodations and the pool gets cleaned every week. Strong recommendation!

Lovely villa

From the moment we arrived till the day we left we felt relaxed.Lovely location away from everything, local village pub the woodman was a nice short walk away as well.The only downside was the pool not being heated so it was too cold to enjoy for the week.

We had a good time in this vacation home.

We had a good time in this vacation home. The location is great. It's quiet and everything is available in the house. The pool is great. There were a few things missing in the kitchen, but that wasn't too bad. We even had food and drink in the fridge to greet us. That was very nice. We were also pleased with the willingness to help. We always got a quick reply. We can definitely recommend the house!
