The Gulf of Mexico with your private beach is directly across the street. The beautiful Lemon Bay is in your backyard with boating and fishing from the private docks.
Both beach and bay are not visible from the unit. Enjoy sunrises in the morning over Lemon Bay, and gorgeous sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Golfing, Shopping, Boating, fishing tours and great restaurants are just minutes away.

If you're looking for peace and solitude, or action and nightlife, Manasota Key is your place. Southwest Int Airport is 45 minutes away, Bush Gardens one hour 10 minutes, Orlando two hours. Very welcoming host who was very responsive with any questions I had. The condo was clean and so close to several restaurants beaches and parks but the road is fairly quite considering. I will be returning next trip to Florida 100%!

Everything was great except 6 days should really have at least extra 5 toilet paper. I bought a cheap 4 pack for 94 cents and think that could be supplied. Just sayingTons of things within walking distance and short drives-great location!

Englewood Beach

This property was wonderful for a solo traveler. Walking distance to the beach and beachfront dining. The pool was a welcome place to chill. The condo is beautifully detailed. I had a very relaxing visit to my hometown, to visit family and friends.

Stanley is a fantastic host. Everything in the condo is labeled! It’s so easy and convenient to figure out what switch works what because there’s a lot.. he’s got the place decked out. The location is perfect for the pool which is right there or the beach right across the street. It’s also the perfect location for the restaurants and bars right down the road. Very much within walking distance.The property sits right on the intercoastal Lemon Bay. You get a great sunrise out on the dock in the morning. My wife and I enjoy ourselves very much it’s the perfect size for a couple.

Perfect!!

We've never stayed in a nicer beach rental than this one. This condo is simply immaculate! Stanley thought of everything to make our visit one of our most enjoyable ever. It was like walking into a model home - everything is brand new, nicely furnished, and high tech. Brand new docks right there on Lemon Bay, and beautiful clear blue water at the beach just across the street. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, and grocery stores minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will book this nice condo again!

The property was nice. A suggestion for less tech savvy people: Detailed instructions for both TVs. And we did notice an odor as soon as we walked in, it was a stale, dirty smell like maybe the a/c filter needs changed and maybe changed more frequently. But otherwise the unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very seamless. Communication with the host was very prompt as well.

I decided on this location because it's quiet and beautiful. Getting to the island and beaches is fast and easy. Lemon Bay is fantastic for boating and fishing. Very hard to find a Gulf to Bay location as ideal as this!!

What makes this property unique

It's peacful and beautiful, puts me in a relaxed zen like state. Walking to the Beach, Bay,or Restaurants is easy. We have an oudoor beach setting with Volleyball, Horse Shoes, a pier for boats and Florida's finest drinks and food, RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!
