Short walk to the sand bar for live music / food and drinks ! Short walk to beautiful stump pass beach . The condo was well stocked / clean / beautiful view from balcony . We enjoyed our week stay on Manasota Key at this condo. We loved the balcony view each morning of the bay and private access to the Gulf beach just across the street. It was nice to have access to use of their beach chairs and umbrella to chill on the beach and also have access to a heated pool if we wanted to. The condo was clean and quiet. The location of the condo made it easy on and off access to the mainland and enjoyed the "lower key vibe" of Manasota. Although some parts of Manasota Key are still recovering from hurricanes last year, this complex was in very good condition. Alex was very responsive to our questions and provided good check in and check out procedure information.

Cozy condo with a terrific view of the bay. We enjoyed watching a new pier and boat slips being installed.Lots of construction continues on Manasota Key.

Great location

Cute, clean unit very close to the beach snd several fun restaurants and bars. Great fun watching the boat traffic on the bay from the balcony, not to mention the dolphins that came by often. Would rent again.

We loved this condo and the complex. Alex was great to communicate with and fast replying to any messages. The complex is nice and small with a great pool.We saw dolphins every day from the balcony and even manatees one morning!! We had at great week in this beautiful condo. A perfect location walking distance to all restuarnats. There is a great view of he bay from the patio and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you might need. Great Communication with Alex. We highly recommend a stay here.

Great Location on Manasota Key!

Property is in a great location on Manasota Key. Beautiful view of Lemon Bay and just across the street from a private beach. Also within walking distance to local restaurants and Stump Pass State Park. Owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. Great stay.

Great Manasota Key getaway

The condo is as advertised, tidy and neat, has everything you need for a beach getaway. The lanai is the best part - sitting with a cold beer watching the boats go by with that gorgeous bayview is stunning.

Outstanding Bay view

This was our first time to stay on the bay side in Manasota Key. I was amazed at the beautiful view. The condo was updated and comfortable for two people. We will definitely stay again. Alex responded promptly, the couple of times we needed to contact him. Highly recommend his condo.

Fabulous View

The location is amazing and a great place for a vacationing couple to stay. The view is fabulous and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins and boats go by. The beach and multiple restaurants are within walking distance, and the host was friendly and available to answer any questions. The place is clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come here again.

Love this area

The condo was perfect! Very comfortable. We enjoyed beverages on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins and listening to live music from down the road. Easy access to the private beach. We liked how easy it was to get around this area. Wonderful vacation spot!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time just relaxing. Sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and the pelicans was a special treat! The short walk to the beach was very nice. Condo was perfect just for my husband and I.
