-Fitted kitchen, 4 gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster
- Large outdoor terrace (50 m2) with trees and flowers, many lights with garden furniture, parasols, outdoor shower (hot and cold water)
