The lovingly furnished holiday home (80m²) with 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed for children, fully equipped kitchen and 2 comfortable bathrooms (and 2 separate toilets) is only 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, the families in the summer plenty of space for activities (windsurfing, Stand-up paddling, jet skiing etc.). From the garden you have a beautiful view of the sea! The house has private Wi-Fi access!
Bedroom: The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have 2 single beds (each 90x200cm). The bedroom on the ground floor with terrace access has a double bed (160x200cm). The living area has a pull-out sofa bed, which is only suitable for a maximum of 2 children (120x200cm) or for an adult; In total, the house has 7 beds for adults or 8 beds for 6 adults and a maximum of 2 children. Bed linen can be borrowed in the reception of the facility for 12 euros per bed (as of 2018).
The house has its own garden (100m ²) with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, which invite to cozy barbecues. Sitting in the right corner, you can see the sea and breathtaking sunsets from the garden. Your dog is welcome to be brought on request (the property is fenced with a gate).
The kilometer-long clean sandy beach can be reached via a short path that leads over the coastal road.
The daily cleaned pool with free beach chairs and sea view below the complex may be shared and is less than 100 meters away from the property.
A large supermarket (Spar), a bakery, a souvenir shop, boutiques and restaurants are located on the plazza, which is within walking distance. Regular dance and music evenings take place on the Plazza in a great atmosphere and with Corsican flair, but one does not hear anything acoustically in the accommodation.
At the reception and public places there is free Wi-Fi. The house itself has its own internet access for tenants.
The house is located in the very pleasant and spacious holiday park "Les Hameaux de Capra Scorsa" in the north of Corsica. The architecture of the holiday homes is reminiscent of the typical Corsican style of construction and thus blends in beautifully with the surroundings.
The beach in the immediate vicinity of the property is the famous Plage de Lozari, which is ideal for snorkeling, relaxing and sporting activities. Directly on the beach are typical restaurants with Corsican flair.
There is a parking space in front of the house for your own car. Free parking is available on the sandy beach.
