Hello and welcome to YOUR Zero Point!
Is it strange to have done all these miles and find out that you are still at the Zero Point?Don't worry, in life you have to start again to give yourself more momentum! And this time we will start discovering Syracuse and the Sicilian culture!

The apartment was furnished by a French Graphic Designer to whom we asked to take on the role of the Interior Designer. The result is a très chic style, with notes of fresh, delicate and love, and we have called it PUNTO ZERO2.
It is located on the first floor of a court house run by me and my family, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. It is 65 square meters large and overlooks the external balcony. The apartment is entirely at your exclusive disposal.
It consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one smaller with a bunk bed), plus a living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, an entrance hall and a bathroom.
In the double bedroom you will have a 4-door wardrobe, a reading corner with an armchair and many books to browse.
The bedroom with bunk bed has a minimal PC corner with a rough wooden shelf and a comfortable and chic chair too.
Both rooms face the outside with their respective balconies.
In the kitchen area you will find a stove and all the utensils you will need to cook during your stay. There is a coffee machine with a pack of pods at your disposal. In the fridge you will find a bottle of water and a package of almond milk "made in Sicily". The living area is instead composed of a double sofa bed, bookcase, high table with bar chairs.
The bathroom is very nice and the shower is very comfortable.
At your disposal you will also have Wifi, 40-inch satellite TV, 2 Air-conditioners / Heating (one in the living area and kitchen and another in the bedroom), drying rack and iron + ironing board. Finally Sheets, Towels, Tablecloths for face and the courtesy set composed of soaps, olive oil shower shampoo and foam germ oil bath.
For any other needs (for example a crib for children, a parasol, a change of towels), please ask us, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

I decide to rent my apartments because the area near Punto Zero offers the higher concentration of tourist attractions in Siracusa.
Punto Zero is located a few steps far from the "Museo Archeologico Paolo Orsi" (Viale Teocrito 66) the most important in Europe in its category, the Sanctuary of the "Madonna delle Lacrime" (Viale Luigi Cadorna 129) planned by two French architects Michel and Pierre Parat Andrault, “Le Catacombe di San Giovanni" (Largo San Marciano). 10 minutes far on foot is the “Parco Archeologico Neapolis" (Via Paradiso 14) with the “Teatro Greco”, the “Orecchio di Dionisio”, the “Anfiteatro Romano” and the “Tecnoparco di Archimede”. The “Latomie dei Cappuccini” (Via Puglia) and the “Monumento ai Caduti” is 10 minutes far on foot, near the bar Bontà e Tradizioni, Solarium Zen and the A Rutta e Ciauli restaurant.
