Beautiful view over the marina and the Clape massif, 500 meters away from the sea. Quiet place, close to the shops, and 5 min from the old fishermen's village (Barberousse tower). 15 min by foot from the sea through the promenade, cycle paths.
Reserved space in secured private parking. Access to the 2 swimming pools of the residence.
Narbonne city is 10 km away. The medieval city of Carcassonne is 60 km away. The Etangs de Bages, Fontfroide Abbey, Sigean African Park and Canal du Midi are close. The Cathar villages are 65 km away. Spain is 45 minutes away.
In Gruissan: chalet built on stilts, hiking, fun balneotherapy centre, fishing, wine cellars, nightclub and casino, sea ponds with flamingos, sailing, tennis courts, naturism.

Very lovely Apartment - great location

This is a lovely little apartment with great views over the marina. The bedroom is too small, so we used the sofabed in the lounge/diner area. Most evenings we ate on the balcony or found somewhere on the marina. The facilities were fine for a 5 night break. You'll need a car to get out to other towns & beaches. There's a good supermarket on the outskirts of town 7 a convenient store just by the apartment. Martine met us & answered all our questions, albeit in French ... A very agreeable stay in a very agreeable apartment in a very agreeable town.

Nous étions déjà venus dans cet appartement bien aménagé avec une belle vue sur le port. Nous avons regretté que le chauffage n'ait pas été mis avant notre arrivée. Il faisait très froid. Merci d'y penser pour les prochains locataires en cette saison. À part ça nous avons apprécié gruissan et ses alentours

séjour Gruissan

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très bien situé avec une vue sur le port de Gruissan. Il est fonctionnel et comporte le nécessaire. La résidence est calme en cette période de vacances de printemps. L'ajout d'un sèche cheveux et d'une machine à café serait le petit plus.

Concernant la machine à café, il y a déjà une cafetière électrique classique dans l'appartement, mais j'ai bien compris que vous avez fait remarquer l'absence d'une cafetière à dosettes, style Senseo. Bonsoir, Merci d’avoir laissé une appréciation. Concernant la salle de bains, il est prévu de remplacer la baignoire par une douche. Quand à l’absence de machine à laver, (matériel qui ne figure pas dans le descriptif), ceci est dû à la place qu’occuperait ce matériel dans un petit appartement, alors que deux laveries sont situées à proximité.

Bonne communication, un contrat papier à signer (attention aux conditions d'annulation différentes de celles annoncées sur Abritel), rdv à prendre pour la remise des clés (pas de boîte à clé), accueil très sympathique, 1 seule clé remise (mériterait d'en avoir 2 jeux surtout que c'est nécessaire pour toutes les portes de la résidence), places de parking hyper-étroites (mais parking public gratuit à l'extérieur de la résidence, avec de la place libre en mai), appartement assez spacieux pour 3 (1 lit double dans 1 chambre séparée, 1 clic-clac dans la salle), clim réversible, TV, appart fonctionnel même s'il mériterait un rafraîchissement, espace très réduit dans les toilettes, propreté approximative de la salle de bain, manque une poubelle pour le recyclage, bonne localisation du côté calme du port, avec vue depuis un petit balcon, à 5-10 min à pied de la zone animée, à 15 min du vieux village, pas eu l'occasion de tester la piscine qui n'ouvre qu'en juin.

Je vous remercie pour vos commentaires. J'ai réactualisé les conditions d'annulation indiquées sur le modèle de contrat , en fonction des critères définis sur le site Abritel. Concernant les clés, j'ai remis 2 badges, fin 2022, à la personne faisant l'état des lieux pour qu'ils soient remis aux locataires. La salle de bains était très propre avant l'arrivée des locataires ayant loué en avril et début mai, nous n'avons pas eu matériellement le temps ensuite de faire effectuer le ménage par un prestataire, les locations s'étant enchainées. Nous avons acheté une poubelle supplémentaire pour le tri sélectif. En espérant que nous aurons à nouveau le plaisir de vous accueillir à Gruissan, Cordialement Denis CHAMBON

Un petit coin paisible.

la tranquilité bien présente, avec un bémol pas d'ascenseur. Pas de soleil sur le balcon à aucun moment de la journée mais tout se passe dehors : piscines dans la résidence est un grand +. Les commerces et restaurants à proximité sans gêne sonore . Les plages , un espace balnéo. Appartement très correct. Un lave linge aurait été le bienvenu.
