Peaceful location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Idyllic peaceful location looking out onto the lake and only a short walk from the beach and shops. Apartment fully equipped with things needed to cook and helpful to have beach chairs and umbrellas as well.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage direkt an der Lagune. Wir waren zu fünft und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle...denn das Wetter war leider nicht sehr schön und so haben wir eigentlich immer drinnen gegessen. Schön eingerichtet, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und auch das zusammenpassende Geschirr hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren schon in vielen verschiedenen Häusern in Gruissan, dieses ist eines der schönsten und am liebevollsten eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ferienhaus in toller Lage und besonders Preiswert.

Das Haus hat eine neuwertige, prima Ausstattung. 2 Terrassen mit Ost- und Westorientierung, was besonders im Hochsommer angenehm ist. Es ist reichlich Platz vorhanden mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Das Haus liegt in eine ruhige, verkehrsfreie Lage an der Lagune und nur 5 Minuten zum Mittelmeer ein sehr günstiger Preis für diese Traumlage. Deshalb können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen und bewerten es mit 5 Sternen.

Einfach super - nur zu empfehlen!!!

Wir (2 Erw + 2 Kinder) wollten schon immer mal in Südfrankreich Urlaub machen und haben uns entschlossen im August 2016 für 14 Tage ein Ferienhaus zu mieten. Ein Tipp meines Arbeitskollegen hat uns zu diesem Ferienhaus geführt. Was mir sehr Recht war, da dies unser Jahresurlaub war und wir nicht reinfallen wollten. Bereits der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und die Anreisemodalitäten völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts, sogar schnelles Internet war verfügbar. Platz für eine zweite Familie wäre auch noch da gewesen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, gepflegt und sauber. Da ich gerne Koche war ich überrascht, dass nichts fehlte und an alles gedacht wurde. Man merkt, dass das Ferienhaus von den Vermietern gepflegt und ständig in Schuss gehalten wird. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Die Lagune liegt direkt vor dem Haus und man hat einen guten Blick darauf was die Kinder machen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und ist riesig, Platz ohne Ende (nicht wie in Italien wo man wie Ölsardinen nebeneinander liegt). In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Becker und ein kleiner Supermarkt, sowie ein Restaurant. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Gruissan ist eine schöne und attraktive Stadt mit typischem französischen Flair und vielen guten Restaurants. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden es selbst bei einem unserer nächsten Urlaube wieder mieten.

Tolles Haus - tolle Lage ... einfach Grossartig!!!

Wir verbringen schon seit einigen Jahren unsere Ferien in Gruissan und wenn immer möglich in der Residenz "les lagunes du soleil", weil uns diese Residenz am sympatischsten ist. Dieses Haus hat alle Anderen, bisher kennengelernten bei weitem übetroffen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, erdrückt aber auch nicht durch unnötigen Überfluss. Die wunderbare Lage direkt an der Lagune und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir bisher so noch nie geniessen können und dürfte auch nur schwer zu überbieten sein. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unsere Ferien im nächsten Sommer, welche wir, wenn möglich, wieder in diesem Haus verbringen wollen.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage

Im Oktober haben wir eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Reisezeit empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, da der große Trubel vorbei ist und das Wetter trotzdem noch schön war. Die meiste Zeit hatten wir >20 Grad und Sonne. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben in einer Ferienhausanlage direkt an einer Lagune. Generell gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen (Spaziergänge an der Lagune, 5-10min Fußweg zum großen Sandstrand, ein paar Autominuten ins La Clape Gebirge oder nach Narbonne mit seiner beeindruckenden Kathedrale usw.). Manchmal haben wir auch einfach die Zeit und den Blick auf`s Wasser von der Terrasse genossen. Gerade beim Frühstück wie auch auch Abends beim Grillen haben wir das ausgiebig getan. Zum Haus selbst: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall überdurchschnittlich. Wie bereits erwähnt haben wir gegrillt, ein Holzkohlegrill war vorhanden. Generell hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde und man sich in die Lage der potentiellen Gäste versetzt hat, was denn alles so benötigt wird. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder mit Dusche und WC (im Erd- und im Obergeschoß). Obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren, fanden wir das komfortabel und praktisch, gerade morgens. Uns hat der Urlaub in Gruissan und speziell in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Wir können beides empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das war Spitze!

Wir - 5 Erwachsene mit Hund - verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen in Gruissan und Umgebung.. Das Haus - Allgemeiner Zustand, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Lage, einfach alles - super. Auch Kontakte und Betreuung mt/durch den Vermieter hätten besser nicht sein können. Die 3 schon vorhandenen Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen und das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Schade, dass die nächsten Sommerferien schon ausgebucht sind.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigen könnte, vom Nähzeug bis zum Werkzeug. Die Terrasse mit Lagunenblick ist ein Traum. Wir wären im nächsten Jahr gerne zurück gekommen, aber leider ist in den Ferien schon ausgebucht. Also frühzeitig buchen, es lohnt sich. Die Wohnug ist gepfegt und sauber. Hilfsbereiter deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Auch die Betten und Matratzen waren super. Wenn es sich einrichten läßt kommen wir wieder.

Super Haus

Sehr schönes und extrem sauberes Haus in einer tollen Lage.. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich und mehr als umfangreich, es fehlt einfach nichts. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.
