Porto Rotondo, one of the most important realities of national and international tourism, spearhead of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia.

The territory is divided into three "points": Punta Nuraghe, Punta Volpe, Punta Lada and welcomes the prestigious villas of important figures of culture, fashion, business and politics, half hidden by lush Mediterranean vegetation.

The suggestive beaches are the crown of the District and its marina that offers 800 berths.

Among the most famous beaches: Marinella Beach is defined by the locals as one of the most beautiful and spacious. The sand is extremely fine and almost dazzling whiteness, the seabed is low and sandy, perfect for allowing children to play freely. There is a fully equipped bathhouse to make the holiday a moment of relaxation; Punta degli Asfodeli is a collection of small beaches and rocky coves where you can choose once you arrive.

Villa Tartaruga is located in the locality of Punta Lada, an exclusive and private place, within the residential complex of MARINA PICCOLA and the Centro Vela Marina Piccola, whose access is allowed only to the owners of the residences and their guests.

The villa is surrounded on three sides by a large private garden that overlooks the suggestive view of Punta Lada.

The large outdoor areas are equipped to accommodate families and guests for moments of conviviality, leisure and relaxation.

Inside we are greeted by a large living room, overlooking the panoramic terrace, equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Internal parking spaces for up to three cars. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Entrance to the Marina Piccola Sailing Center on request: € 1. 100 in July, € 1. 500 in August (max 6 people).
Services included in the fee of the Sailing Center: swimming pool, basketball court, beach access, 1 beach umbrella 2 deck chairs, kiosk with barbecue and fridge, canoe possibility.
