A holiday cottage approx. 170 metres from the beach, with ocean view from the house and terrace. There is a bathing jetty installed during summer. There is a combined kitchen, dining and living room. From here you can access the terrace directly. The open terrace has wooden furniture and a Weber grill.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Als wir ankamen war der erste Eindruck schon nicht sehr überzeugend, außen um das Haus drumherum, überall hohes Unkraut gewachsen. Die Farbe vom Holz abge geblättert die Gartenmöbel kaputt und verwittert. Drinnen ging es dann weiter, leider nichts gesäubert, alles dreckig, die Betten voller Flecken insgesamt sehr viele Mängel Heizung Kaputt.Riss in der Scheibe vom Ofen also nicht zu gebrauchen. Vorhänge vor den Fenstern auch alle defekt. Kommunikation mit DanCenter war eine Völlige Katastrophe. Am dritten Tag wurde uns dann um 20:00 Uhr abends ein Reinigung Team geschickt dieses konnte uns aber leider bei den Mängeln auch nicht weiterhelfen, weil es nur ein Subunternehmen war. Mehrmaliger E-Mail-Verkehr mit DanCenter, hat aber leider nichts genützt. Wir sollten einen ganzen Tag im Haus warten, damit jemand vorbeikommt aber es war keiner, da .Beschwerde E-Mail wurde noch nicht beantwortet. Nie wieder.

Prachtig terras, wasmachine werkt niet, parasol was te vies om op te zetten en niet heel schoon huis

Ondanks de gebreken qua hygiene en een niet werkende wasmachine: prima huisje. Je ziet dat het niet goed is onderhouden. Dat is heel jammer. Het terras is perfect met een heerlijk uitzicht. De plek en de omgeving ook erg mooi. Helnæs is geweldig. Veel rust. Je merkt er niks van dat je min een klein huisjes park zit. Wij wilden niet klagen over de hygiene want dat verstoort je vakantie zo, maar toen de wasmachine het niet deed en er geen handleiding van was hebben we geklaagd. Het duurde vier dagen voor we het juiste mailadres te pakken hadden. Heel moeilijk om met het kantoor van dancenter in contact te komen. Uiteindelijk bij een kantoor in een andere regio (waar we de week daarna zaten) aangeklopt en daar kregen we het juiste mailadres. We wachten nog steeds op antwoord…. Maar natuurlijk: het is vakantietijd. Achteraf gezien hadden we meteen moeten klagen dan was er minder ergernis. Ook voor ons een les.
