Very cute and well done small apartment near main street in Manchester, and they take dogs. The dog run is perfect. Could have use a little more shoveling and snow removal during a snow storm, but well priced and comfortable. Well decorated.
We had such a lovely time here! Perfect location to explore from, and wonderful kitchen to supplement eating out! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in the Manchester area!
Fabulous! Convenient walk to town, but private, quiet neighborhood. All amenities included, from towels/sheets, TV, speaker, kitchen appliances and necessities. Beautiful furnishings -- comfortable layout. Hot coco and roasting marshmallows at the garden firepit. So much nicer than staying in a B&B or motel/hotel -- at home in VT.
The apartment was well located and walkable to town, spacious but cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated.

Clean cozy and convenient!
Family of four stayed here for the weekend. We canoed the Battenkill River into NY state and attended a friends 50 birthday party at Inn at Manchester. Very easy place to stay and very quiet with great art work, bedding and adorable kitchen that enabled us to easily eat breakfast before our local adventures.
Perfect apartment for a perfect weekend! Location was perfect, apartment was spotless and was one of the best places we have stayed in Manchester . Four moms for our annual getaway and it was everything we needed. Looking forward to returning soon!
After spending two nights in this rental, my mother and I had a hard time leaving.
The apartment is an absolute jewel box and the location, amenities, and overall cleanliness deserves a 100% recommendation!
This property is perfectly located. Walking distance to the supermarket and other amenities while only a 30 minute drive to Stratton. Very responsive hosts. Well appointed kitchen. Clean home away from home.
Quaint cute apartment. Beds were comfortable. Cute tiny, but well-appointed kitchen. There was a Breville coffee maker but no instructions on how to use it, or where we could get the Breville pods. (Did not see them at the local grocery store.) Shower is understandably small, and we noticed some mold. All in all we were very happy with our stay!

Great location!!!
Sadly we didn't get to stay because of lousy weather. Our hosts were so accommodating to our requests. Any time I needed to ask a question, they got back to me almost immediately.I am hoping we can stay for real next year!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
pleasant
Comfortable, clean, The weather was great, The only downside was we had trouble getting in as the place was not unlocked and we had to contact Verbo to get a code.. We would like to have had some spare towels (there were 2 bath towels, 2 hand towel and 1 wash cloth.)We would have liked a bath mat & spare bath towel
Wonderful updates in kitchen (open shelves, marble countertops, stainless appliances, mini-dishwasher, etc.), clean and comfortable bedding, nice-sized bedrooms, and convenient location. However, very squeaky floors (most noticeably sloped) and doors, cracked and sagging ceilings, very small/narrow stall shower, dim lighting, and a general “not fresh” odor. It worked for us but a recommendation would need to be qualified.
Very cute, nice, clean place in a good location...
This little apartment is right in Manchester Center and is lovely. It's very charming and perfect for 2 people or possibly 2 couples, altho it might be a little tight with 4 people. Me and a friend stayed for a long weekend. We each had our own bedroom with VERY comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean, and has a shower only. FYI - the shower is tight. So if you're a larger/taller person, it could be an issue. The kitchen is small but again very clean. Has everything you need. You are very close to everything, i.e. shops and restaurants. We ate at Gringo Jacks one nite and loved it. And another nite we ate at Depot Street Burgers, also very good. We walked to both. And walked to many other places. Across the street is a Starbucks and some outlet shops.
Note: the TV...yes there is one, BUT you need to have the Google Home app on your phone in order to work the TV. As well as something like a Netflix or Hulu account. The TV has Google ChromeCast, which both me and my friend were not familiar with, so we had difficulty working the TV. It wasn't until a phone call with Google and the router being reset, that things finally worked. If you don't plan to watch TV then it's not an issue. Overall, I loved this place! And you can't beat the location for all things Manchester.
Lovely apartment, perfect for me, my wife and teenage son. Everything you need. Close to town and shopping (walking distance). Very clean and well appointed. Host communication was great.

About the host
Hosted by Nancy and Steve Burzon
Nancy and Steve lived in Vermont from 2000 when they left the New York area and chose a more rural lifestyle. Since then they both established businesses in the area. They have successfully operated a VRBO property for more than 12 years. This is their 3rd and newest VRBO apartment--the others have been sold.
Why they chose this property
Location is everything and this is in a residential area with private, off street parking. There is an area for outdoor enjoyment as well as a fresh and newly renovated interior. Dogs are welcome too. (No cats....not to discriminate against cats, but there are some allergies to consider.) The Manchester Depot area is home to great shopping , art galleries, and excellent dining.....all within easy walking distance.
What makes this property unique
Guests can walk to unique Manchester eateries like the famous Al Ducci’s Italian Deli, the creative Turkish restaurant & antique shop called ‘Depot 62’, or the award winning Zoey’s Sandwich Shop. Or you can hit the familiar franchise scene with Starbucks and Subway located in the shopping center almost visible just down the street. We are close to well-known outlet shopping and once you park in our driveway, you can walk to almost anything you desire. On the practical side there is a Vermont liquor outlet and a Price Chopper right in the neighborhood.
