1st line with wonderful sea views

Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all exterior consists of 92 square meters of housing and two terraces of 12m and another of 8m both with frontal views of the sea, the beach is 40 meters away. From almost the entire house you can see the sea less than the bathrooms, it is a 5th floor with elevator.
The house is completely renovated this year with all the new quality furniture and the mattresses are of high quality to rest well (very important thing). The house is located in Pineda de Mar, next to Calella and 50 km from the city of Barcelona and with very easy access to the highway.
It is ideal for people who like to relax on the beach and spend a quiet holiday with their family.

Wunderschön

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Man kann wunderbar am Strand laufen, in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof oder einer Einkaufspassage. Hier gibt Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!!
