Typical holiday apartment on the first floor, accessable via staircase, only 250 meters from the beach. Two bedrooms, both twin bedded. Spacious living/eating area with semi openplan kitchen. Kitchen has an electric cooker and oven, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, espresso machine fit for local cups and washingmachine.
Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, washbasin with storagespace for toiletries and bidet. Apartment has Dutch satellite TV (with two UK Channels: BBC World and Sky News and several other european channels) and free WIFI. Large balcony with partial seaview, with table and chairs and parasol. Situated on the Rua Oliveira Martins in Praia da Oura, only 100 meters from the famous Clube Paia da Oura. Small supermarket and bakery just around the corner for first needs. Free on-streetparking (when available). Paid off-street parking (garage) available at 1 walking minute. Only 5 walking minutes from the famous Strip, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from for your entertainment. Albufeira Old Town a mere 2 kilometers away. Stay is on a bed only basis, cleaning, linnen and towelchange once a week. Extra cleaning/linnen/towels possible at additional cost.

Ruime woon/eetkamer met half open keuken, voorzien van elektrische kookplaat, oven, magnetron, koel/vriescombinatie, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en wasmachine. Badkamer met bad/douche, wc, wastafel met opbergruimte en bidet. Appartement beschikt over Nederlandse satelliet TV (met ook diverse Europese kanalen) en gratis WIFI. Ruim balkon met gedeeltelijk zeezicht, met tafel, stoelen en parasol. Ligging aan Rua Oliveira Martins, Praia da Oura, op slechts 100 meter van de bekende Clube Praia da Oura. Gratis parkeren op straat (indien plaats beschikbaar). Betaald parkeren mogelijk in de parkeergarage op slechts 1 minuut lopen. Om de hoek diverse winkeltjes voor eerste levensbehoefte. Op 5 loopminuten van de bekende Strip, met ruime keuze aan restaurants en bars voor elke beurs. Albufeira Centrum slechts 2 kilometer verwijderd. 1 x per week schoonmaak en linnen wissel. Vaker is mogelijk tegen bijbetaling.

Très chouette appartement et bien situé. Signaler la marque de la machine à café. (continente) Un ventilateur au plafond, ce serait bien. On a eu très chaud, pas d'air conditionné. Gros problème, pas de wifi. Prés de la plage, resto, magasins… Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une bonne semaine. À l'avenir à refaire. Didier

Logement très bien situé et hôte très réactive.

Le séjour c’est bien deroulé, nous avons juste trouvé la propreté limite à l’arrivé, ainsi que la douche pas du tout pratique, mais l’hôte a été réactive à nos critique.
