The Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment located in the Oura area, in Albufeira, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday near the beaches and all amenities.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, offering a welcoming environment to relax or spend time together. From the room, there is direct access to the veranda, perfect for enjoying the view over the gardens and pools.



The two bedrooms include one with a double bed and another with two single beds, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The bathroom has a bathtub, ensuring functionality and moments of relaxation during the stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare meals in a practical and convenient way.



On the exterior, the apartment benefits from a balcony with table, chairs and parasol, as well as access to beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children.



Due to its privileged location, a short distance away you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches, including Oura Beach just a 10-minute walk away, as well as several golf courses.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

From the 5th guest onwards, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
